I came in here once to check out some guitars and when I walked in I wasn't even greeted. Two associates glanced at me but didn't bother asking if I needed help. There's another pawn shop close to this one that offered better customer service.

Employees will lie to your face and also employees are not wearing masks in this store. I like many others are tired of low employment, gyms and many other things being closed. Two younger guys and an older man here all working, none of them wearing masks. The only person who wore a mask was a lady who works here. They don't put on masks while helping you either. I asked the employee "are masks required by the state here?" and he responded "oh not really. This is San Bernardino County, they just recommend CDC guidelines." The entire state of California is under law to wear a mask for others safety. This store doesn't care about that. They should be more professional in a shop open to the public. I posted this review to Yelp and instead of addressing the problem the owners response was to laugh and respond trying to attack and discredit us personally saying “this user has over 100 1 star reviews. I have over 200 reviews on Yelp of all star ratings. It just goes to show the owner will continue to act illegally and doesn’t care, attacks people who post truthful reviews.

I don’t know how to thank this shop enough. The service the staff....awesome. This shop will work with you when you have items in pawn. They are not looking to take your stuff and sell if they don’t have to. This service they give is a lost art but not here thank you for all your kindness and professionalism.

Everytkme I go in this store I am totally ignored not even a Hello? Place sucks and absolutely will be the last time I come here. Every other pawn shop is always on top of customers as I like to save on stuff like everyone else.

Great Place most of all they are honest you can trust them .sold them some old scrap gold jewelry recieved more than a fare price left with cash. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great place just bought a switch from here and the owner was super friendly and it’s a clean shop.

Went in on Saturday found some great jewelry pieces for great prices. Bought 2 diamond rings and chain with heart pendant. Definitely going back. They have a bit of everything and really good stuff.
