They have high quality items and the best deals RANDY is phenomenal, knowledgeable and has become a friendly face. RUBEN was awesome and pointed out some great items!! I'm always happy leaving here!

Got me in and out in reasonable time. My dude randy took care of me and wasn't with all this back and fourth or low balled. I got little more than what I asked and i was happy it was a win win. Every time I've come to do business at the pawn shop, they've ALWAYS been courteous, professional, and fair (which is UNHEARD OF when it comes to pawn shops.) While dealing with Randy today, I had an exceptional experience, he was willing to agree to a price that I was more willing to accept instead of the originally stated price. . .With that being said, all in all this is the ONLY pawn shop that I do business with!

This company is very professional both when I needed help and when I went back to purchase a new wedding ring. We not only purchased my ring but I went back and purchased my husband's, at great prices. They also have a great jewelry repair guy. Everyone here at this place is the most respectful and polite individuals, great customer service. Alot of times it's Randy (whom I assume is one of the managers) somehow usually ends up being the person to give me assistance. I've bought alot of musical gear from here as well and I've never had any issues with any the equipment I've brought home. Today I went in needing a loan against my cymbals and was helped by randy. He was knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable loan amount for the quality of cymbals. Today I came in looking for a laptop for my son online classes. I always come here for all my electronics needs. They have the best customer services and everyone here are very friendly and helpful. I came to see Alex awesome guy one of my fave here..but he was busy helping a customer. So I was helped by Diego..he was very helpful showed me the laptop I needed for my son online class. He was very nice and kind. We had a nice convo about everything that's been going on and how we should have access to zapping the kids when they are not doing their work and playing games..lol. This is my go to FFL dealer. Great prices and great people. They are always super cool with me, never have had any issues with them being rude, or rushing you. Ryan was super helpful, I came in on my lunch to do the doj background and Ryan was very calm and helpful during the lunch rush.So was Randy. I went in before closing, and even though they do not do paperwork past 5pm Randy let me scope out the firearms and got to inspect a handgun. Really cool guys from my experiences with them. I tell all my friends to come here if they ever order a firearm online. Thanks for the great service guys.

Came in to check out blue gxr Suzuki motorcycle that I seen for months, everyone seem lazy and unmotivated, once I did see the bike the guy helping me out did not know anything about the bike or facts to help me understand the bike more just like when you go to used dealership or Walmart they help you out, but the bike handles were melting from the sun, the bike overall shape was in terrible condition but i thought positive and told the guy I’ll replace those parts if I can get a good deal they wanted 4k and did not want to negotiate even after the bike itself didn’t start had check engine light on. This place is a rip off and try to give you the least but sell more than what it worth they sell items here as new item prices. Gypsies always trying to pull fast ones on regular people. Thank you for responding makes me feel a little better but what really bothered me was the fact that I had called hours in advanced telling staff I was going to be over there to be ready cause i had cash in envelope, i didn’t have much time but I still made time to go over there wait 30 mins in line then to have whoever was manager today yell from across we can’t negotiate is rude and unprofessional. Clearly the young guy helping me out did not know much and said he will get manager but the manager had him going back and forth when he should have made time just a Few minutes to at least look me in the eyes and tell me he can not go lower for whatever reason, I was offering 3500 which was fair, and the reason why was because I would have to replaced fairings and handle bars. Why can’t a manger get off his computer for a couple minutes to possibly make a 3500 sale knowing i came far away and had cash.

Alec was great he gave me the truth about my price for my items I was pleased he was fair everybody is nice can't leave unsatisfied it's a positive place for a man who lost his job and needed emergency cash for a guy in need I have been helped and talked to by everybody there really people skilled how can I complain so bottom line people friendly made my day that much better

The riffle 8 was looking to get a loan on was too unique and hard to evaluate so I wound up not being able to do a deal but the staff still took their time and put as much effort into it as they could before we both mutually agreed to just move on to other items that I had. I did get top dollar and their terms are decent. I definitely recommend them. A+++

I bought my AR15 over 4 years ago at Central Mega Pawn, they were super helpful then and the hospitality hasn't changed to this day. Recently I had my wallet stolen and it contained my FSC card. I came back to get a replacement and it was quick and easy (as long as you have the proper documentation)... Randy help me out and even took the time to give me suggestions when I inquired about the next firearm I was interested in purchasing. They have an app now that makes things easier and so much more convenient. 🙌

Went in on Saturday to check out the place. They have a great selection of speakers which was why I was there. Tomas help me in deciding which Bluetooth speaker was the best for what I needed it for. The speaker I ended up getting has Cd, Bluetooth, aux, usb, and radio. And I can hook up a mic for when we have karaoke parties. Thanks Tomas.

I came in for an appraisal and it was fine. But literally not a single employee was wearing a mask. The statement that masks are required here is false and I'm guessing they aren't disinfecting anything either. It's not my job to issue citations or anything, but they should really warn customers that they aren't taking any health safety measures.
