I had the pleasure of working with two young women at the San Carlos branch today and they were amazing! I regret not obtaining the name of the first, she was very professional and knew customers by name! I had a horrible experience here. The branch manager which I found out she was later, questioned where I got money for a deposit the day before. I was shocked. Why are you questioning where I get my money from. Thats not protocol. She wasn’t trying to continue the transaction until she got an answer. The whole thing was weird and disgusting. She tried to give me a made up story about why she asked and it made no sense. Will definitely not go back to this branch.
