I have been with MFCU for a while now and then the day came when I needed a newer vehicle! Everyone at this branch is always very professional and helpful with all my questions, so naturally I chose my bank for financing to purchase a vehicle. A special shout out to Elaine and Hector who setup the appointments, answered all my questions and took care of all the paperwork for the final transactions. Amazing communication every step of the way made everything an enjoyable experience. Interest rates, GAP and warranty prices offered are insanely competitive rates especially in comparison to any dealership. I got exactly what I wanted without any hassle by doing all the business details through the bank. I highly recommend MFCU for all your financial transactions and major purchases.

Tellers are usually friendly and helpful. Everyone is efficient so you're not wasting a lot of time at the counter. You can enjoy a cup (or two) of free coffee while you wait. There's a coin counting machine in the lobby. So if you're clearing out your coin jar you don't to roll them.

Very rude tellers I came to this one to.make a deposit since I was close by the girl jaquie has such a horrible attitude very frustrating to deal with people like this never coming here again im a just keep going to my oceanside location

They are fast and Tita has a nice personality and good customer service skills.

The service inside the building is Ok.But the service on the website is terrible. I tried to report my stolen card and never got help to block it.

The Manager at the Vista office, Gloria is really friendly, helpful, and professional as is FSR Hector. The Tellers move the line along quickly with smiles on their faces. What is not to like? Maybe the 1 star Yelper reviewers should go back to their big banks if they are so unhappy. I love the great service I get from MFCU and recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I recently applied for a loan with another bank and they needed some information about her past account with Mission Federal in order to approve the loan. I spoke with the branch manager and she refused to help us and hung the phone up on me when I asked her why she wasn't willing to help. Maybe it's because we're not members anymore but her lack of professionalism was uncalled for. We're now unable to obtain a loan because of her unwillingness to complete a simple task.

Hands down worst mission fed, their drive through atm is always down.... never have this problem at other banks but this one is the exception..

Terrible customer service. Closed my account WITHOUT NOTICE delaying my pay by a month which will cause a family of 4 to be homeless. Disgusting lack of responsibility. DO NOT BANK HERE.

I've always found the atmosphere professional and pleasant. Customer for years.
