It was incredibly easy to work with Brian. I had originally been curious about the home buying and mortgage processes, and called Minuteman Mortgage just to gain some insight as a potential first time homebuyer. He is incredibly patient, easy to talk to, and is more than willing to take the time to answer my questions. I ended up applying to be prequalified to start the homebuying process and Brian had anticipated the rates would go up; he was able to secure me a rate before this happened, which was good because by the time I closed, rates had increased. Throughout the whole process, I didn't feel rushed or pushed to do anything, and when it was time to make a purchase, Minuteman Mortgage was very fast in taking care of the lending side of things. I closed early with a rate lower than the current rates, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my experiences working with Minuteman Mortgage. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy; they made the process easy and straightforward, which would otherwise be daunting as a first time home buyer.

Kamila Borucki is amazing! 5 Stars!!! (I would give more stars if I could) EXEMPLARY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SERVICE! CLEARED TO CLOSE IN LESS THAN A WEEK! I’m not one to go on and write reviews normally, but in this case, I couldn’t help myself. My husband and I recently started the journey to find a new home. This is not our first homebuying experience, and the “lending experience” in the past was less than desirable. We definitely had our defenses up and were gritting our teeth at the thought of the process. (You know how it goes, it feels a bit like a used car sale-where you never know if you’re actually getting the best deal or not). Well, this time it was different! From the first time we talked to Kamila, we knew that she was unlike any other lending professional we had encountered. We knew immediately that we had found the person to help us into our new home.
