Nicole was readily available to answer any questions/concerns, whether by text, call, or email, and anything that I wasn't one hundred percent clear on, she ensured that I understood completely before moving on to anything else. Updating us weekly on where we were in the borrowing process, and what the next steps would be, was immensely helpful and really made the entire endeavor a lot less daunting.
