Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Who ever the old lady that works there should literally be fired. She was so rude I can’t even comprehend or begin to tell you my experience. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. That lady needs to be fired snd let go. I will definitely be letting everyone I know not to ever go there, horrible experience.

Go somewhere else, lack of customer service and Alisha there needs more training on what she’s doing. So immature and unprofessional, and that is why you would see a new staff every week. Cause she bite like a dog

They are there to help as a customer that has been there for several years Alisha you know who I am =) seriously people they are not your enemy. if you keep contact and try to work with them they will work with you. I thought the same way at one point but when they were able to work with me and fix the problems every thing turned out nice and easy. also they have the best interest rates in town probably the cheapest Pay day Loan in town.

Alisha is very rude and unprofessional you try to work with her and she gives you attitude and says well I'll just garnish you and get more money out of you I had been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and had always paid my loans off and the last loan I had towards the end of my loan the company I worked for closed down and I had let them know that I was now unemployed which Alisha knew because her kids used to come to my office for dental work. She then tried to garnish my wages but because I live in a different state my work would not accept the garnishment so I tried to work something out with Alisha and she was not wanting to accept what I could pay I'm a mother of three kids my job isn't the best so I don't have a lot to offer and she continued to be very rude and unprofessional I would never recommend anyone to this place.

The older lady that was there in the office that Only one actually was not friendly not even in the Least. She acted like I was bother and really showed no interest in helping me. So since there isn't a negative star to add I had to throw a single star. This lady is the reason this loan center got this review

If you’re looking for a quick fasted paced loan Minute Loan Center is the place to go! I have had several loans through MLC and have never had a single problem. The process is quick, easy and they’re always willing to make it work for you. I highly recommend Alesha and appreciate her always going out of her way and her top notch customer service! She really knows her stuff. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is by far the worst loan center in the world. They will take payments out of your account and then go through the court system to garnish wages. Alisha is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
