He was incredibly patient with us as first time home buyers and he gave us an invaluable eduction. We learned something new everytime we went out looking for homes with him. Tom is the definition of a professional. He’s fantastic at what he does and he bring a great attitude and energy with him. While you’re stressed out, Tom calms you down with his cool, even temper and great sense of humor. You will not find anyone better!

He supported us through every step from understanding how the whole process works, to looking at neighborhoods, visiting houses, and guiding us through the entire inspection and closing process. He is so good that when we anxiously wanted to offer way more than asking for our home, he convinced us to offer less, and he was right! Tom was great to work with. He was very quick and eager to answer questions and help through the whole process. He also has a good network of other professionals in the industry to tap into. He has a pretty laid back personality that is comfortable to work with, but will still go to bat for you in negotiations. I had a short time frame to find a house in a really hot market and Tom made the extra effort to get me into exactly what I needed for my family. At one point he showed me almost 10 homes in one day!
