Terrible service. As a college student, I was looking for a bank to open up a credit card and checking account where I would get full transparency and good communication. Hence, why I went into the branch rather than making one online. However, I got neither of those. First, I received incomplete information regarding opening up a credit card. Then, I did not get an account number or confirmation number from my banker before I left the branch. Later, I had to call to ask them to provide if for me. In the process, I had a conflict with miscommunication and could not get a hold of a banker. I called over the span of two days and was put on hold multiple times for 45+ mins then hung up on. For someone who is new to opening a bank account and trying to learn about building credit score, this was 100% not the place for me. I was referred to chase by multiple friends saying it was reliable and that bankers were always helpful but this was my worse experience yet. If you are able to, try to go to a different branch and avoid this one.

Came in here to get a cashier's check. Didn't have to wait, were greeted at the door, and both staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated all the precautions they took to verify identity when getting the cashiers check and double checking that all the info was correct.

Very friendly staff at Chase Bank Minnetonka. They greet you at the door with a smile and ask you what you need. Any time I have visited my questions have been answered. Great to have a branch so close to home.

Every single time I have a bad experience here. The atms never work properly. One time I had to file a claim after sitting at the broken atm for 2 hours because my cash got sucked up by the machine. Or it just doesn’t work at all. Then using a bank employee always takes forever. It just literally took 20 mins to deposit cash. I pay so much a year for my reserve card and feel like this is not worth it.

Great customer service, no line, easy transaction. So glad to have a new branch in Minnesota!
