Mindy Hay is absolutely incredible! My fiancé and I had been trying to purchase a home for several month with other lenders before switching to Mindy! She got the job done in two weeks!!! She worked so hard for us and made herself always available to speak if we needed clarification on anything. Not to mention she called the listing agent for our offer to talk about how strong our loan and offer is. I don’t know a lender out there that would do that! She made the process so smooth for us being first time homebuyers and not knowing much about how lending works. I truly can’t say enough about how amazing she is.
