Jon Babb is the man you want on your team when closing on a home. He is very dedicated to his clients. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident only 14 days before my closing date. I was unable to move without extreme pain and was unable to drive to deliver paperwork to him for underwriting. He came to me to pick up the paperwork to help me out and ensure that there were no delays in closing. He is an outstanding person, compassionate and professional; but not at the cost of being personal/friendly.
