Horrendous purchase experience at this location from pre purchase to post purchase service. 2013 Toyota Camry SE was posted on their store website before being ready to sale. Found this out after 1st visit Friday March 11, 2022 to view/test drive/buy the car. Car was too filthy to drive during this visit. Was advised by used car manager Tamer Naguib the car also needed to pass inspection and go through the recondition and detail process before being ready to test drive. Radio & CV Boot replacement was also to be completed during this process according to Mr. Naguib. 7 days later I received a call from salesman Chris Bonner advising the car was ready to test drive. Arrived Friday March 18, 2022 to test drive the car only to find it was still extremely filthy without any detail or other reconditioning being completed as previously stated. We drove from 30 minutes away and decided to test drive anyway. After leaving the dealer parking lot we noticed the car was almost completely out of gas causing a very short test drive within city speed limits (35 MPH). Mr. Bonner advised the car would be completely ready the next day. We returned the next day and the car was in ready condition. After purchasing the car Saturday March 19, 2022 on the the freeway home we noticed a loud grinding/knocking noise from the front right wheel once reaching speeds of 50 plus MPH. Feeling very suspicious at this point regarding information shared about the vehicle before purchase I had a Toyota dealership inspect the car Monday March 21, 2022. Their inspection showed the front right strut was completely shot (Photos attached), no sign of CV Boot replacement as stated by Mr. Naguib prior to purchase & both front axels worn out and unsafe for driving. March 22, 2022 I returned the vehicle to Infiniti of Charlotte and I advised Mr. Naguib of Toyota's assessment and he only agreed to replace the strut knowingly leaving 2 faulty axels unresolved. He admitted fault by his tech for missing the severely deteriorated strut during inspection. I feel this was purposefully not disclosed along with other issues as well related to the axels. These items could not have been been missed by a novice tech. I also clearly advised him after the strut repair the car will need to be test driven at a speed above 50 MPH to confirm the issue was resolved. Tuesday March 22 after picking up the vehicle from Mr. Naguib he assured me the repairs fixed the problem after his test drive. On the way home immediately after reaching the freeway and reaching speeds above 50 MPH the problem still existed. Toyota confirmed the strut repair by Infiniti but nothing else was completed. I had to pay Toyota $1,300 to fix an issue Mr. Naguib at Infiniti of Charlott refused to resolve. I also had to return to the store multiple times for during the sale promised car mats and spare key Mr Naguib failed to delver. These items were escalated to another sales manager for resolution. After 7 trips to this location for a myriad of issues I remain completely unsatisfied. Mr. Naguib declined to provide any additional relief for the horrendous service experience and major inconveniences he caused. In order to post this review I had to rate at least a 1 star. The service I was provided is not worthy of 1 star. It was worse than that. I strongly recommend everyone to never buy a car at Sonic Automotive Infiniti of Charlotte.

Great experience. Jay was a good, fair salesman. Professional. Offered us an excellent amount for our trade, no big markup on the car we were trading for, like so many other dealers in this crazy market. Paperwork smooth. About 4 hrs time for total transaction, including 2 test drives.

I drove from Richmond Va to see a car I fell in love with online! Peter, Bradley and Greg worked hard to provide me with info about the car and my trade the week prior. Peter treated us with the best customer service when we arrived at the dealership. I felt comfortable talking to him. He didn’t overwhelm me with info and did his best to fulfill my needs as a buyer. At the end of the day he helped me get my payments where I wanted them and I drove away with a new car!! Very excellent experience! Would gladly drive 5 hrs again to deal with this location.

Peter Mikhael is amazing car salesmen, I have never experienced the level of professionalism without pressure tactics to buy! He worked extremely hard to make my wife and I feel welcomed and happy! Great dealership. I travel from Charleston, SC to purchase from Infiniti of Charlotte. Most pictures of the cars online are always shown in right setting and you can never get a feel that there aren't any defects on the exterior but the car was just as advertised. Thank you for not making my trip back to Charleston unproductive.

Took out QX 56 to get serviced. Amazingly they couldn't narrow down the issue. Could be this but then it could be that, basically. I'm thinking if you have all the equipment for this specific vehicle you should be able to narrow it down. A wast÷ of time.

The experience of buying a QX50 at Infiniti of Charlotte was an absolute pleasure. The vehicle is beautiful and we got a great deal. Our salesman Brent Bell is the absolute best guy. I went to the dealership three different times before I purchased the vehicle and never once felt pressured to buy anything. Brent Bell went above and beyond to help us and he was like talking to an old friend. He gave us a fantastic deal and then even after we agreed on a deal, he was able to lower the price even more and throw in accessories. Purchasing a vehicle at Infiniti of Charlotte was the best car buying experience I ever had. A lot of that is that I love my new QX50 and a lot of that is the ease of dealing with a gentleman like Brent Bell.

I want to give a big shout out to Horatio and Jimmy (the technician)! A loose street grate popped up when I drove over it the other night and it ripped my car's frame away from the back wheel. Horatio and Jimmy evaluated it and Jimmy was able to fix it in about 10 minutes and and didn't charge me a penny. I was expecting an expensive repair, and I'm very grateful for the outcome. Thanks guys!

Sales people here will tell you whatever you want to hear to persuade you to buy and afterwards they don't even have the decency to respond to questions about the purchase. They shorted the taxes for my vehicle so the county clerk did not register the vehicle. Also the pay-off for my trade in was completed so late that I had to pay a balance. I've worked with other infiniti dealerships before and they upheld the standards but this one in Charlotte is terrible.

Called multiple times to set up a service appointment for a new vehicle. Left a voicemail and no return call after three weeks. Called back and the receptionist was going to give the message to a service manager to call me back, but again no return call. Unacceptable customer service. I will be contacting Infiniti parent company.

I brought my G35 in for service and was pleasantly surprised how well I was treated. Most dealerships will try to bully you and force you to do a laundry list of services, but here I didn’t feel that way. Tyler Ponsart was my service advisor and was extremely helpful. I would not usually recommend going to a dealer to anyone but if someone asks “where is a good place to take my Infiniti?” I’ll send them this way…

I am from Georgia up here for a period of time and ended up needing to buy a car. I have never bought a car from a dealer before. I was very worried about how to buy a car and not be taken advantage of because of my obvious inexperienced. I didn't really do any research into different dealership and ended up finding a car on the infiniti website. Set up an appointment... I was so surprised at how nice they were. Chris Bonner was very kind and so very much like my own uncle. "We" (covid times) test drove a used car. I liked it a lot but was determined that I needed to sleep on it and not show my inexperience. Ask family for help. I let Chris know the next day that I wanted the car, I could come in the next day. To my surprise when I came in the car's price had dropped and they did the honorable thing and told it to me that the price had changed. Needless to say I was very impressed. They offered a protection plan and was able to get me another discount! I know unheard of!! I never felt pressured to make a choice I wasn't sure of. I have had the used car for about a month now. Have finally had time to take it on a trip back to GA and so far everything has been wonderful with the car no problems. I am still waiting for the dealership to get back to me about my registration but seeing as I need it done for GA it is taking a little longer than expected. Overall it has been a great first time car buying experience. I can't wait to take it back for my free car washes. Thank you Chris and the rest of your wonderful team!

What an amazing experience I had purchasing my new 2018 Nissan Maxima from Infiniti of Charlotte. From the moment My Mom and I walked in, Salesman of the Year, Chris Bonner greeted us at the door with a great pound (no handshake). This dealership is top notch, and our sales rep, Tamer is amazing. I have never seen a salesman work so hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Tamer went above and beyond before, during, and after my purchase. He is still so easy for me to access, even three weeks after met purchase. The day we purchased the car, we had to get home and couldn't stay for the lesson on all the specific features of my car. Tamer came out to my house the next day, programmed the garage opener and went over all of the feature of the car. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I have received, I am thrilled with my new QX80 and look forward to my new relationship with Infiniti.

I have been trying to get a loaner car and schedule my appointment for 2 months now. This has been the worse customer service experience ever. I’ve been told several times by the service admin that someone would contact me and I have yet to receive a follow up after calling multiple times. I was told I would be put on the waiting list for a loaner car it has been over a month and when I call nobody can tell me anything. I requested to speak with a manager, I was transferred to his voicemail. My car is having multiple problems and this is my only means of transportation. I expressed that to the admin and informed her how imperative it is for me to get my car in so I’m not making the problem worse by driving it. No one has showed concern to go out there way to make sure I get the help I need by scheduling service and getting me a loaner car. I have a extended warranty and didn’t expect to go through all this just to get my car fixed. This has been a stressful and poor customer service experience.

Sadly, the service staff was rude, unhelpful and wasted our time. John would not take responsibility for his poor communication and lack of response to phone messages which lead to unneeded extra visits. I’m not sure why someone with such poor ppl skills is in this position. We got a great response from the Lake Norman service department and will make the extra trip to avoid another fiasco with this dept. -we loved the sales staff- and our car- but this is a huge issue!

I had a very good experience at Infinity of Charlotte, start to finish. Mo Hossain, my salesperson was not pushy, offered options for financing and was extremely friendly. Most unethical and unprofessional place for getting your Infiniti serviced. I had my vehicle serviced from this place for 60k Miles paid the high price to get quality and good service, neither was the case. charged me $351.58 for brake pad replacement only to find out that the brakes were making noise on the very same day took the car home. It took me many attempts to get in touch with the service advisor, after escalating, someone from service asked me to drop the vehicle off for inspection. Left my JX35 on 08/23 night, the same service advisor calls & reports that they found a issue with the Caliper and they need to replace the Caliper and brake pads again. When i asked them that they just replace the brake pad last week, the vehicle didn't even accrue 100 miles since then, he had no answer other than stuck Caliper made the brake pad go bad. My question is how can a break pad that can last for 40,000 - 80,000 miles wear out driving less than 100 miles, did they even replace my break pad in the first time? did they check it is worked as it should? this place has some serious "trust" issue. Why would i want to pay again for the break pad? 08/23 the advisor said he will have his manager talk to me. my car is stuck with this guys and still waiting for the manager to call me as of 08/25 3:45PM. there is lot more that i can share about the unethical part of it. too much detail to write here. this is one is off my list for any future needs. i will come back and post here it ended when they are ready to return my car :( still waiting........
I read this review yesterday when it posted to Google and was upset. I know our organization and our team members and know we would never do business in this fashion. Our customer’s vehicle required replacement of brake pads, which we performed, correctly. At a later date the brake calipers “froze” due to excessive corrosion. The failure of the brake calipers caused damage to the brake pads, requiring replacement. We reached out to the customer and offered to replace the brake pads at no cost (parts and labor) once the brake caliper was replaced. We remain dedicated to being fair and honest in dealing with our customers and appreciate feedback but are more appreciative when that feedback is fair and honest as well. Steve O’Kane. Horatio is my service advisor. He is always thorough and patient. He explains everything in detail and makes sure that I get the best possible service. I completely trust his advice. He really is the best advisor I’ve ever had and all of my previous cars were Mercedes. The only issue I have with Infiniti is that it’s practically impossible to get a loaner even when it’s a warranty issue. Please get more loaner cars b

Chris Bonner is awesome. We weren't able to come to a successful deal today but I left with more knowledge and understanding than I expected. This place isn't full of pushy salesmen, it has teachers and advisors who will try to lead you in a good direction for your situation. I couldn't have asked for better service. My wife is pretty sad that we couldn't close the deal on the vehicle she wanted but it just wasn't in the cards and I look forward to getting a call from Chris when he has something that better fits our needs. Pretty good experience. I really do not like the upsell approach you are taking. I expect that from Jiffy lube but not at a high end car dealer. They told me I "needed" windshield wipers and a new cabin air filter when I just changed both within the month. They didn't even look at them. Are you trying to screw people by just suggesting things and hoping they say yes? Terrible.

We drove about 2 hours to view a used G35 they had for sale. Chris Bonner was our sales representative and from the start he was excellent. Even though we were there to view an older used car he treated us like we were buying a brand new one. Great customer service, answered all of our questions, and very upfront and not pushy about anything. He was even able to get us financing for a 2006 model. My husband and I recently purchased an Infiniti QX80 from Infiniti of Charlotte. We had been looking for about a year and had visited the dealership a couple of times before COVID restrictions and were impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. Specifically, we appreciated the fact that there was never a 'hard sell' feeling and that there was a team-focused approach to the process. Unlike a couple of other dealers that we spoke to over the phone, Infiniti of Charlotte was never an aggressive seller. I took my car in for a service appointment (which was Easy and covered by warranty. Brandon was very helpful and nice. There was a problem with the computers but they were still able to take care of me. ) I happened to be looking in the showroom when Tamer approached me - my lease was up in a few months so I was just getting ideas. From the moment I pulled into the service lane I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, he talked to me about my car as well as a technician before I even got inside. My service advisor was extremely nice. It was a very busy Saturday but he kept himself together and helped everyone. The technician who worked on my car came out and spoke to me and I thought that was amazing he was so polite. I will definitely be coming back for any future service needs. Service Advisor, Brandon, did a great job and was very helpful even though his team was short staffed at the time. My appointment was delayed but the technician who met me outside offered me water while I waited. Brandon did an excellent job of listening to my concerns about my brakes. The end result was a thorough inspection, minor adjustments and a very happy customer.

Let me just say this, this is the 3rd car I have purchased and this was the second worse experience in my car buying experience. Looked and chose a car back in March and discovered that it had mold in the back seat that smelled awful after the deal was done and decided that I did not want it. The smell was so bad that I backed out of the deal and decided to choose another car. Philip, Michael, and The GM were understanding and helpful in exchanging the car after driving a loaner (no complaints) for almost a month. However, a month later I get a tax bill for the car and didn't understand why, so I called the DMV. Consequently, I was advised to contact the Infiniti of Charlotte. After contacting them and getting in touch with Tiffany (as per the receptionist), let me just say she should NEVER work with the public again! She cut me off, yelled, and conversed in such a condescending manner that I asked to speak with someone other than herself. I simply asked Tiffany if she could tell me what the refund was for if not for the taxes on the car. I have NEVER brought a car and had to turn around the next month and pay taxes. It was not until it was brought to the company's attention about the tax bill did they find a reason to send me a refund in the first place for "overcharging me." So yes Tiffany I know the difference between property tax and sales tax as I have owned 3 cars prior to this one. If she wasn't so busy being rude, demeaning, and disrespectful to a customer than she would've understood the question that I asked her in the first place. After getting someone else on the phone, I was so bothered by the way an employee felt she could talk to a customer that I just thanked the GM and hung up. There should really be a class on phone etiquette on how to talk to someone. Now had I treated her the way she just did me, I am pretty sure it would've been a problem. It's so disheartening and distasteful that my relationship status is even mentioned in your response! I am pretty sure that if your wife, as a customer, called and was treated by an employee in an adverse manner, your response would be different. I was a customer asking a question. Nothing more and nothing less!

My initial experience with Infiniti of Charlotte was positive. I drove away feeling like I was treated fairly and respectfully. PJ helped us to buy our GMC Acadia and was not pushy at all. However, after paperwork was signed we found an electrical issue. Fortunately, Tommy agreed to fix this as it was broken upon purchase. Although it took a while to get ahold of the staff, I was very pleased with their decision to fix this issue. When getting this issue fixed in their service department, I had them check out some noises I was hearing as well. I was assured that these noises were normal. During this process, the communication I was receiving from the service department was not good or forthright. Less than a week later, a major leak occurred and a local mechanic told me that the power steering pump needed replacing and had been going out for a while. I am extremely disappointed that this issue passed through the service department not once (during inspection for sale), but twice (during my request to inspect the noises). Now, my check engine light is on again. With so many issues occurring less than 4 weeks after purchasing the car, it is hard not to feel like these could have been prevented. I understand the notion of "buyer beware", but wish that the service department had been more thorough and open with information. Infiniti does not have any sort of '30 day guarantee' and there fore the financial burdens are on me. Perhaps a more experienced car buyer could have success with Infiniti of Charlotte, but my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.

Bought a vehicle in December still waiting for an owners manual. They advised me to drive to dealership to pick it up but after driving there was advised they did not have one and would mail it. After several phone calls and 2 months later no manual and no phone call. This is my first and last Infiniti vehicle. We own both Mercedes and Lexus and there is no comparison in customer service.

We were very pleased with the service we received! We came in looking for a new mid-sized SUV and was unfamiliar with the Infiniti vehicles. Our salesman, Peter Mikhael did a fantastic job explaining the differences and what each vehicle offered. They didn't have the interior that I wanted in Charlotte, so Peter worked diligently to find the exact SUV that I wanted. My work schedule is very unpredictable at times, so Peter delivered my SUV to my house after dealership hours so that I could have it before my weekend road trip. Peter was very easy to contact and he communicated well with us. He was always available to answer my questions and he still gladly answers my present questions. Update: I returned to Infinity of Charlotte to lease new vehicle. I worked with Mo Hossain on my new lease. Mo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding to my situation. Mo made the leasing process enjoyable from beginning to the end. If you’re in the market for a new car, I’d recommend stopping by to see Mo. I stopped in to get information about leasing with Infiniti of Charlotte and left with a new vehicle. The entire group was nice, but I worked with Rodney Marsh on the sale. Rodney is awesome! He was knowledge, helpful, and patient. I came in to look at one vehicle but ended up leaving with another model, which meant multiple test drives, car spec conversations, and finance quotes. Rodney helped guide me through the process of me getting my first leased SUV. I enjoyed his no pressure and straight forward approach to working with customers. Excellent experience at Infiniti of Charlotte yesterday! I came without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor alerted me that I was ready for the 30,000 mile service. This all was completed within an hour while I waited. Everyone was especially kind and helpful during the time I was in the dealership. This was not my first time having service at this dealership. I have had good experiences every time. I would not go anywhere else.

I've now purchased 2 vehicles from Infiniti of Charlotte and Phillip (PJ) in particular. I'm extremely pleased with the level of service that PJ has provided. Not once was he pushy or offered me anything that wasn't beneficial to me. Being a person in sales myself that is huge to me as I like to operate in the same way. PJ is on point with everything and guides you through the entire process which saved me alot of time and actually some money as well. After buying 8 Infiniti's over the last 10 yrs , the terrible repeated service at this dealer has convinced me to buy another brand . I’m still waiting on a call from the service advisor about our car in for service , left all day and have never talked to him (Brandon) . I guess the advisor part doesn’t apply to his job . So I have heard bad thing about dealerships so I was hesitant about going I went to a few and they had the BEST customer service. Pj helped me out I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to put down for my down payment and my monthly bill and he exceeded my expectations. You do need to go in knowing what you want and ask all the questions you have. Pj did a great job at explaining everything to me and he was patient. First, I came to Infiniti on October 5, stating I needed a new tire. I was informed by Mr. Potts that the tire needed to be ordered. He took the time to review what tire I needed for the car and it’s availability. I made an appointment the following week on October 13 with advisor Gary Wilson via the web site stating that the tire needed to be ordered in the comment section. The day before my appointment I called 2 times to verify with Mr. Wilson if the tire had come in but did not receive a call back. The morning of the appointment I called again but received no response. I went to the appointment as Infiniti did not call to state otherwise there was a change for a replacement of a new tire. I came in and there was no tire availability. I never met with Mr. Wilson, but Mr. Derrico met with me and assisted with ordering a tire for my car. I made the appointment for October 21 to have my tire replaced. Mr. Derrico sent me a email confirming the order. I arrived at Infiniti on October 21 to have my tire replaced. I waited for about 20 minutes and Mr. Derrico informed me that my tire could not be located and may have been used on another vehicle. He was apologetic and asked if I would like to reorder another tire. I politely stated no thank you as my drive is 45 minutes each way from my home to the Infiniti dealership. I have always used Infiniti for any maintenance on my car but it is an older car now and I have lost confidence with the assurance that my car would be carefully and properly maintained by Infiniti of Charlotte. This situation could have gone a complete different direction if only attention was paid to the small things.

The staff and service is beyond excellent! I judge customer service not by the initial purchase because anyone can be super nice when you're buying something, but the level of service reveals itself when something goes wrong and how they respond to it. Prior to bringing my car in for service, I was told I would get a loaner for the day. However when I brought my car in for the service appointment, I was told nothing had been entered into the system and that there was not a loaner available for me. I expressed my frustration (in a nice way) that this was going to throw off my schedule and resigned myself to having to adjust my day and wait in the waiting area. No sooner had I called my work to advise them I was going to be a bit late, than another employee, Rodney Marsh, walked up to me, pulled me aside and handed me the keys to HIS PERSONAL CAR!!!. No paperwork, no red tape, nothing! His brand new car at that. I was blown away. He wasn't required to do that and I'm not even sure management even knew about it. When I dropped off his car later in the day, I thanked him and his response was, "I don't have time, and I suspect you don't have time to go through a lot of red tape to figure out the solution to the problem. My goal is make sure our guests are taken care of". That folks is the epitome of customer service you will receive at this dealership. The Q50 I bought is awesome and I feel like I received a good deal for it and the low pressure from my salesman, Jason Gallagher was nice, but guys like Rodney Marsh is why I'll be buying future cars from this dealership.

We purchase a car from another Sonic dealer in Florida. My wife was transferred from our Florida home to Charlotte. The Florida dealership arranged to ship her car to Infiniti of Charlotte. When we arrived to pick up the car we were treated as we had purchased the car at Infiniti. We were treated as we walked in and referred to the General Manager who took great care of us. I arrived 10 minutes late to my scheduled 9:30 AM rear brake maintenance appointment and departed 15 minutes earlier than their estimated repair time. Why is this important? Because it’s a customer care culture that puts the service above the rest. Everyone I came in contact with radiated with customer satisfaction right down to the car’s delivery employee following the services performed. I am thrilled to be a customer.

We brought our 2 year old Infiniti JX35 in for a service after it was shuddering when going uphill... The service team at Infiniti of Charlotte could not immediately diagnose the problem, and insisted on keeping the car a bit longer to make sure they checked everything out - very professional of them. They then called to tell us the news... we needed to have our transmission replaced - a big job, which thankfully was covered under warranty. The only problem was... it was Thursday and we were leaving on big family vacation to Florida on Sunday... And we don't have another car... This was seriously challenging and we did not know what we were going to do... Brandon Stevens, the Assistant Manager who was taking care of us in the service department said he would see what he could do... Brandon arranged for the new transmission to be shipped overnight at the dealership's cost, and for a mechanic to work all day Friday on the car so we would have it in time for our trip - and they literally worked until 10 PM on Friday so that it would be ready for us! The car was good as new, and we had a great family vacation! We are truly grateful to Brandon and the team at Infiniti of Charlotte for going above and beyond to take care of us. They did a phenomenal job and we could not more highly recommended them!!!

My experience was very good! I live in Atlanta and I needed to have my tires balanced and my brakes checked. My service guy was extremely nice. While my point of contact in the service department was very kind and pleasant, the overall experience was not good. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a recall at 7AM on a friday morning, I was one of 2 people dropping my vehicle off at the time. At almost 2 I had to reach out for an update on the status. The service contact called me back and indicated new rear brakes were recommended, this was at almost 3PM. I agreed to this recommendation and that I would pick the car up the next day. I did not receive a call till almost noon the following day. Over 24 hours to complete 2 standard services and 1 recall. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed it was not nearly as clean and pristine as I had left it with the dealer. It was recently detailed and there was now a mark on the hood, and black work boot marks on the driver side floor, the carpet where the mat didn't cover. The car was so clean that when I dropped it off the service contact commented on it and marked on the service order not to wash the vehicle. The services themselves were completed, which is appreciated, but the overall experience was not a positive one.

I came in this morning with no appointment, but I was still served promptly. The back seat of my car would not remain locked down in place. The team was overly nice. They worked to solve the problem as soon as possible. They also washed my car. I especially apricate Ray. His customer service was excellent.

The only positive part of my time of nearly 2 hours waiting for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation, was that the manager did not charge be for the work they did do. Maybe it because of the COVID world we are no living in but there was such a lack of urgency to take care of a customer it was unbelievable. I was able to watch the technicians work on our car. They were talking to there co-worker more then working on the car. It does not take two hours of time to perform an oil change and tire rotation. Why even have appointments if you are not staffed to respect a person time. I received my car back after complaining to a manger...to simply give me my car back and let me go. I have said my piece because you asked for my thoughts of the visit we had at "Infiniti of Charlotte" I will never set foot in a place like that again that treats a persons time with such disrespect. Updated December 2021: I have had my car for 3 months. Being that I purchased the car out of state, I am still waiting on my permanent tag. I have paid property taxes and submitted all information to Peter within the appropriate time frame. I have been ignored for 2 months. My temporary tag is only valid for 30days, we are well pass 30 days. I’ve called the dealership to ensure they submitted paperwork for my tags and no one has returned my call. This is very disappointing. Infiniti of Charlotte treated my husband and I so well. My salesman (who is now cousin Peter 😂) Peter was amazing. He made my car purchase seamless. He answered all of my questions about my car and had the upmost patience with me. He did not pressure me into a purchase which made me feel so comfortable at this dealership. Peter moved mountains to get me approved at the BEST rate, which he did. I absolutely LOVE my car.

I have had my truck serviced at this location so many times, but I have not taken the time to post about my experience. I wanted to acknowledge the service department staff's excellent customer service and care. All staff within the department that I have encountered were kind, but this review is specifically about the Service Advisor, Mr. Horatio Potts. I had an emergency to occur with my vehicle. I took my truck to the Infiniti Service place with no appointment scheduled. Horatio was able to work my truck in and complete the repairs in one day. He explained upcoming maintenance issues and the cost. Horatio was attentive to not only me but also other customers who were waiting. When speaking with Horatio, you never feel rushed or dismissed. Horatio holds excellent characteristics that a Service Advisor should possess: kindness, attentiveness, good listening skills, and he has compassion. Horatio is consistent and thorough. He presents himself in this same manner at each visit. I'm grateful to the entire service department staff and Horatio for your services. I live over an hour away from this facility, and I will continue to use their services to maintain my vehicle. I recommend their services to all Infiniti Owners.

I don't think Google allows zero stars, so I generously gave 1. I've had not great experiences with this dealership. Anytime I've needed service on my Infiniti, it has typically been a longer than necessary process without many updates from anyone in service. I understand delays from pandemic issues, however some type of explanation along the way would be great. This particular time... I've called many times and not received callbacks. It's been a month since I've seen my vehicle. I cannot get anyone to call me back with information. I've left several voicemails and to no avail. Customer service has failed this customer. I will happily sell my Infiniti at first chance(when I get it back) and try another make. Very disappointed.

We had a great experience overall. Peter and Tamer were easy-going, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very funny, which put us at ease. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get paperwork signed in a timely manner. Worst customer service experience ever. They don’t follow up with you on future repairs, unprofessional, slow. I would NOT buy a car from this trash dealership. Worst Infiniti dealer I’ve ever been too. THE BEST ONE IS IN RALEIGH(my opinion, it’s cleaner and more professional). I do not advise you to buy an Infiniti and definitely not from here…. After reading all the reviews the only good thing about this place is kumar and if your buying a new car. The service department is trash. They sale you a car but use cheap products to maintenance it for big prices.

This was the best car buying experience. It’s not like other places we have been. They do not try to talk you into more than you can afford. They also do not try to force you into a car you don’t like. They are not sales at all. They actually care about what you want and try to help you. It was professional and not pushy. It was actually fun. We had so many laughs. Chris was the best! We worked with Chris, Peter and Tamer. Only because our original guy was already off work when we went back. Loved the experience and will recommend to others.

Overall my experience was pleasant. The response time was decent, i started the process on the 7th and drove off the lot of the 18th. Would have been sooner if I financed from them from the start. The car I initially wanted sold but they were able to get me on something just as nice around the same price range. The only thing I didn’t like is all the additional fees included, we were able to walk through the bill and I removed what I wasn’t interest in. Also I was told that the car would be detailed however it was only rinsed off, and I had to request a full tank. Other than that the experience was a good one

I tried to buy a used car here for 10 days and could not get a call or email back even after repeated attempts. I called this morning and the car has been sold. I would not attempt to give this place my business again. Per the dealerships response, I would like to clarify I had cash in hand, with a commitment to purchase and fly out to pick the car up to in-person and made this clear to the representatives. Also, of the 11 times the dealership communicated, I initiated all of those. Its fine if you wanted to keep the car for an in-state buyer or someone you knew, but in the future, you should communicate that clearly to someone interested instead of wasting their time. Thanks!

During this period of time, a local customer drove the vehicle and make arrangements to purchase it. As we had not agreed on trade value and you had not agreed to purchase our vehicle we were unable to hold for you.

I purchased a new Q50S from Infinity of Charlotte on March 13, 2022. At the time, I indicated I would like to switch my tags from the car I traded in but instead of doing that, they ordered me new tags. When I pointed out the error, they told me to give them back the new tags and they would process the switch, as originally planned. Well on May 31 I still have not received my registration. And every time I try and call both the title clerk in the store or my salesman, I either receive no answer or get the run around. Everyone makes a mistake, that is to be expected, but the response to the mistake by this dealership clearly displays their lack of professionalism and/or ability to right this wrong. Now I'll probably have to go to the DMV and wait for hours when this could have easily been done in the dealership and when a registration fee was included in the price of my car. While I do like my car, aside from the horrendous gas mileage it gets, I will never buy another one from this dealership and would urge anyone reading this to seek out an Infiniti somewhere else.

Being that this is the only infiniti dealership in my area I'm stuck using them. I took my car for service here for the 2nd time. They informed of the 28 point inspection and car wash. I never received a full 28 point inspection plus oil change in less than 30 minutes. I've used several dealerships in the pass. Upon getting my car back it wasn't cleaned. Bc it had rain when I got there I didn't think I had to say "wash my car", but I did. As I approached the car and looked inside it wasn't cleaned. When I told the service rep he said oh ok and took the car. He came back in less in than 10 min. The service guy only vacuum the driver side. Needless to say I'll be searching for a new dealership to get my car service. This subpar service for a luxury brand car. Never again

Scam and not professional, my car engine lights on after less than 10 days of buying it (an used car) from them, when I called them just to ask why this happened and ask them to check the car to know what's wrong they said: you didn't buy the extended warranty so "it is what it is", So I said: but it is less than 10 days and even on eBay when anyone buy used things and find it is broken they will accept return it, manager ( his name Steve) said: sorry "it is what it is", and they didn't check it. not recommended this place to buy a car.

We had a great experience here. Mo helped us out looking at vehicles my 6'4" sons would fit into with no pressure at all. The next day when we went back to test drive the vehicle we ended up buying, Mo was again very friendly and helpful. The buying process was fast and painless. I've never been in and out of a dealership in less than 3-4 hours before. I would definitely buy from Mo again.

I recently purchased a 2017 QX80. The experience was great. The sales team made the process truly fun! We agreed to a price before I arrived, then they helped me with a few extras like tint. When I showed up to get the Vehicle it was in perfect condition and ready to go. The delivery person gave me an excellent 1 hour overview of the vehicle and all of its functions. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test on Saturday 5/22. Brandon assisted me. He advised me he would get back to me on Monday 5/24. I called him to find out the status of my warranty claim and he did not return my phone call as promised. I called my warranty company and he had not contacted them as promised. I really don’t like feeling blown off. At this point I would like his manager to call me. I’m extremely dissatisfied. This is the second car that I’ve brought in for maintenance and this is my first time feeling as if I’m being blown off.
I sincerely apologize for the delays you encountered. Your extended warranty company was closed on Saturday and the work required authorization before we could proceed. Our calls to them on Monday met heavy call volumes and extended wait times. We should have and did not communicate that delay to you, which is unacceptable. Ultimately your warranty company did not authorize the work to continue the diagnostics of the problem. We are working on a solution and will reach out to you tomorrow with a resolution. I had an appointment to come in and look at a vehicle but it turned out the last people to test drive the vehicle got it dirty and the dealership needed to get it detailed, which is understandable. They still let me come in for my appointment and let me check it out while it was being detailed and I really liked what I saw. My guy told me to come back at 3:30 when it would be done so I could test drive it and assured me that there were no other appointments till 4. I ended up coming back early because I saw the vehicle was already back in the lot, but it turned out someone else had just got there before me and they let them test drive it. I had to wait an extra hour for them to come back and tell me they sold the car out from under me.

I would like to start my review by stating it takes a lot, I mean a lot, to get completely under my skin. It didn’t take long after my arrival for that to happen. My service appointment was at a 11am. Immediately after pulling in I realized that “11am” must be the only appointment window offered. As I sat there, reading my confirmation email the very first thing it states is “upon entering our service lane, you will be immediately greeted by one of our service professionals”. Eight minutes later, I received a rather unenthusiastic greeting wanting me to share with him the reason I was in the service lane. Including all the details I assumed were logged when the appointment was made. I entered the building, wasn’t really sure which door to use since normally I get service performed at the Infiniti dealership in Mooresville. Made my way to the coffee machine and couldn’t get it to dispense anything. A Infiniti associate approached me and informed me the machine couldn’t fulfill a request that included milk. Like lattes and cappuccinos. That I would need to select “coffee” then add cream/sugar from the condiments provided. I stated “wouldn’t a simple sign on this machine alleviate confusion? Something along the lines of Coffee Only? I mean, someone could type that up in 30 seconds, right?” The associate agreed. That conversation was at 11:07 am. It’s currently 1:27pm. There is still no sign on the coffee machine and not a single associate has acknowledged my existence since. I was told “90 minutes” upon arrival, that’s how it will take. A oil change, tire rotation & inspection. I’ve already cancelled a 130pm appointment to get my glasses adjusted. I’m concerned now if I’m going to be home to see my kids off the bus at 3:15pm. They called my wife around 1:15pm and said the car “needed front brakes”. My reply to her? “tell them No. They can’t even put a out of order sign on their coffee machine. Do you really want them changing brakes? This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They honestly think I would give them more money for their incompetence?” Just in case you have anyone monitoring your reviews, doubtful..only quality establishments do that, I’m sitting in your service lobby. I would really love to get my car back. Pay you, leave and never...ever return.

First and foremost Bradley Bailey was awesome in the way he handled the issue with my vehicle. I have never been an Infiniti owner but I must say that I have truly been missing out!!! My experience at Infiniti of Charlotte was AMAZING to say the least....Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Sam who let us know right from the start that he was not there to "push" us into a vehicle but to "guide" us into making the best decision....We had initially set up an appointment (I set my appointment up online, quick and easy) to see a used 2014 Infiniti QX60....Sam walked us thru the vehicle from front to back....He knew the car like the back of his hand and he also answered all of our questions! I was having a really hard time making a decision and Sam put several cars side by side so that I could compare the pros and cons more easily....Once we had seen all of our options we began "crunching" the numbers...Sam suggested that we look at a new 2017 QX60...I immediately said, "we can't afford that"....Without pressure Sam suggested that we run the numbers to compare the used vs the new...The pricing was surprisingly close to what we were willing to pay :-) We test drove the 2017 and fell in love!!! Sam was able to get the payment within our budget in less than 20min with no back and forth!!! I am now the owner of this amazing car and I could not be happier!!! I made an appointment to service my car and I arrived a few minutes early. I got out of my car and I stood around for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I had to flag someone down to finally get help. I understand people can be busy, but an acknowledgment would’ve been nice and the fact that I had made an appointment should have been made a priority as when I got there I was the only car there and then after me a whole bunch of other people started arriving and they got acknowledged right away. I could have taken my car anywhere else, and I spent a significant amount of money there. I was a bit disappointed.

I came in with an existing lease that was getting handled by insurance for a total loss and was very concerned about how the extra charges of the lease would be handled. Rodney handled EVERY question I had and had me at ease and free of concern in 2 minutes!! I had no information about all of the details he provided me about such scenarios from the previous dealership that I was at. It’s a further drive, but I think I’ve switched to the Charlotte Infiniti location for life!

Everything was fine. My apt was at 11. I arrived 10 mins early. Didn’t get out of there until almost 1. I was scheduled for routine maintenance for 25k miles. Had an oil change and tire rotation. The car wash was subpar. No towel dry and the back of my car was still quite dirty. Ended up toweling it off myself before leaving the parking lot.

“BEWARE”..Worst experience purchasing a car ever!! Tamer Naguib and Seon Aaron were solely just about the sale!! Seon was the sales guy that did not do his job he literally lucked up on the sales because I found the vehicle myself online and when I came in to purchase the car these (2) I can’t say men but whatever they are were very rude and unprofessional!! Tamer was the manager over sales and he acted as if he was disconnected and out of space until it came to counting my money!! I was already financed so all they had to do was make sure the truck was clean and ready for me. They both dropped the ball and didn’t care once the sale was made!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE if you do visit the dealership avoid these 2 by any means. Tamer doesn’t need to be in a management position or needs to learn better customer service. I was not happy and if it wasn’t for my desire to reown another QX80 I would have left that car on the lot because buying for them two was the absolute worst!! The didn’t deserve a 1-star they both earned/deserved a -5!!😤👎🏽🤬🤬

After contacting this dealer via their website and sending over all my information I did not receive a response other than the sales person saying they could not find my info. almost 2 weeks later, yes "WEEKS" I received a text asking where I was in the buying process. I replied to let them know I had already purchased a vehicle and they should do better following up with their customers because 2 weeks is just to long. shortly after sending the the text I start getting alerts my credit is being pulled by this dealership. I send a text asking why they pulled my credit since I was no longer in the market for a vehicle. and got no response again! this dealership is very unprofessional and now I question there ethics. I would not recommend doing business here and hope this review can help someone from making the mistake I made by giving this dealer the opportunity to help. STAY AWAY FROM INFINITI CHARLOTTE! NO ETHICS! POOR MANAGMENT! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!

Poor customer experience that started with their very impersonal call center that you get routed to instead of getting a real human at the dealership on the phone. The rep we spoke with assured us that the car we went to look at did not have a smoke smell in it, even after he texted us after the call and assured us again. First thing when we opened the door after we got there? SMOKE. Handed the keys back to the salesperson and went on our way. Lying to customers is never a good idea. Won't be back.

This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in the door when we were "just looking" to the moment we had the car delivered to our home after we had purchased it (yes, they even delivered it to us), we felt like great care was taken at every turn. Peter went above and beyond (special shout out to manager Tamer as well and Francois - he was able to step in at the last minute to help with a couple items and even installed our car seat for us!) to check in throughout the process, provide a car that matched all of our wants and needs, and made us feel like truly, valued customers. We had narrowed our search down to a Lexus and an Infiniti, and I'll be honest - half our decision was made based upon our experience we the team at the dealership! I would recommend them to anyone (and already have!).

Between this location and the one up at Lake Norman, I've never experienced better service from a dealer. They are always so professional and courteous. They've always given me their honest opinion when it comes to issues and maintenance. My car is always clean after they are finished with maintenance/oil changes. It's great to have a service department you can trust and rely on. I can't say anything negative about them. Great job!

I have gone to Infiniti of Charlotte for services for my 2012 Infiniti G37x. All of the service has been performed exceptionally well. The prices are also very good for a dealership. I receive excellent customer service from the advisors, who never suggest extra work and always provide details on the services performed. If you are hesitant to go to a dealer for service, do not worry about Infiniti of Charlotte. They perform excellent, reliable, and honest work. They also have the best porter in Charlotte, Billy Pham, and Horatio and Brandon are the best service advisors. I have been a customer for three years, and I will continue to go there for routine maintenance and service.

My wife and I have a new edition coming to the family, plus we're tall so we wanted a bigger vehicle. We came across a beautiful bronze QX80 limited. We reached out to the dealership immediately. The sales process was easy and we had a good experience with that. That's the ONLY reason I gave two stars. Upon turning the vehicle on there was a very pungent smoke/unration smell. We brought it up to the sales person and he said it could that the cabin filter would probably need to be changed and it was be somewhere in the range of $120- $150. When they wouldn't have taken care of that free of charge at the time of purchase, I should've known that they're trying to nickel and dime us. We were so excited to have the new vehicle that we didn't even let that bother us and figured we would just get air fresheners, leave the windows open for a bit and the smell would go away. We were wrong. Unfortunately about a week after having the vehicle the check engine light came on. This was the start of the snowball. We purchased the vehicle in August and have taken the care to the dealership on a monthly basis(we would've taken it back more often but we live two hours away from this dealership). When we took it in the first time they said that one of the sensors were off and they just had to reset it. We were assured that it was nothing major. It made sense to us so we didn't think anything of it. Within a few days after the check engine light came back on again. We figured it was the same thing so just let it be for about another 3 weeks until we were in Charlotte and then brought it back. Then that gentleman told us that there was something that wasn't catching the tracks(above our heads). He informed us its being taken care of. We got the car back and the CEL off. Later that day the light came back on. During that drive I had the cruise control on. I noticed that when there is a slight incline on the highway the vehicle would rev up pretty high to stay on that speed. I thought it was odd but didn't think anything of it. I just figured that's how the vehicle's performance was set. We went to visit the Biltmore one day and I had the cruise control on again and our vehicle started to stutter, shake and decelerate. It was pretty scary and embarrassing to say the least. At that point I called the closest Infiniti dealership to us to schedule an appt immediately. We ended up getting an opening for an appt about 3 weeks after that call. Now whenever we hit 60-70mph range and I push on the gas a little to accelerate it shakes the entire car and decelerates each and every single time. When I had to bring it in and replicate it for the tech it happened immediately. They were very nice about getting us into a loaner and informed us they would fully diagnose and find the issue. They called us back after a couple days and to inform us it will be $7500 in repairs. That is absurd! After spending all this money on a vehicle we have to come out of our pockets thousands of dollars a couple months later with a baby on the way in two weeks. We assumed purchasing the vehicle from the actual Infiniti dealership and not Big Moe's car lot that it would have been fully inspected and we would have no issues. I don't think that's much to ask for at all whatsoever. I guess that's how its done. If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle here MAKE SURE to have it fully inspected from another mechanic. A harsh lesson to learn. It was a happy purchase now we just feel like we took a problem off their hands.

I took my Infiniti truck to the dealership to figure out why it would not start 50% of the time. I dropped it off on Friday, they said it was ready on Saturday but that they wanted to keep it until Monday to see if they could recreate the problem. On Monday when I called to get a ride to pick me up to get my car, they wouldn’t call me back and said they had no one to pick me up until Friday! After a week, when I finally get my car back, my window frame is bent and my tint is scratched! And the starter still was not fixed!!! I wish I’d taken a picture of my mileage because I know someone was driving my car around! They said they would fix my window but it was half done and the tint is still scratched! Beware!! I love my Infiniti but I won’t buy another one from them or take my car there for service again.

Service advisor tried to sell me new windshield wipers without looking at them. I declined. And then used the same line with the next guy. I stood up and immediately told the other customer that he just used the same line on me (rubber is hanging from your wiper).

Our sales rep, Seon Aaron, along with the entire Infiniti staff were amazing! We came in with the vehicle model we had in mind, and everybody worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price point for our family. We were not harassed as we were looking for cars, we didn't have to haggle on the price, and we weren't stuck at the dealership all day. I had my car repaired several months ago at Infinity of Charlotte, Luckily for me the part was still in Warranty because the same problem with my fuel pump has occurred again a few months later ! For the second time i had to have my vehicle towed into Infinity of Charlotte and the Diagnostic revealed that it was my new fuel pump that had failed , the young man that was communicating with me at Infinity was very nice and professional, He promised to keep me updated about the needed repair. However once I left there it all went downhill !!! I called , I asked that the Receptionist page him and I left several voicemails for him. He never responded to my calls or messages!!! This is poor Customer Service to me if you are unwilling to communicate with your customers why work in a Service Department ?? I had to go into the shop to find out the status of my vehicle after it was there a few days, Brandon S. in the Service Department totally ignored me once I was there after he was so professional initially. Another gentleman followed up on my vehicle with me instead. Third time in for a fuel pump replacement was a much better experience once Michael Lomax who intervened when he saw that i was truly upset that Brandon S. was ignoring my calls and unavailable when I arrived at the shop according to his co worker. Michael arranged to get my car thoroughly assessed and after hearing my horror story of this possibly being the 3rd fuel pump that I would be having installed , he even arranged for a "Loaner Car " for me to use while they re checked and did repairs to my car. I explained that I had to get a Rental to get too and from work as I am a Essential Worker and needed transportation.He apologized for the Service Department and tried to work with the Service Manager to give me a monetary break on the bill as a Courtesy,Michael L. communicated , returned calls, answered my questions, remained very professional and made this a much better experience for me. Unfortunately he's not in the Service Department permanently !!! You were my HERO Mr. Lomax. Thanks Again, Brandon S. practice better communication and follow up with Customers as you guys are in a Service Dept.

I purchased a 2014 QX60 from Infiniti of Charlotte November 2017. In less than a week, I was having issues after three weeks, I told the general manager that my certified inspected vehicle was not properly inspected. January 2018, I was convinced I was sold a vehicle that already had ongoing issues, but they were overlooked by their mechanics. In January 2018, I noticed a lot of new faces at Infiniti of Charlotte. It was because a lot of them were fired. I was told some mechanics were fired because they falsely checked off thing they inspected and later customers complained about ongoing issues. I insisted on trading in the vehicle for another QX 60. At the time of sale, the sale price was different than the sticker price. I told the general manager I was satisfied with the price. He got the price down but at my expense. I conveyed that I wanted the same coverage as the previous QX60. The general manager told the salesman to give to me AT COST which lessen the warranty years. When I had issues with the alternator, Infiniti of Charlotte could not determine what was the ongoing issue. I would drive less than ten minutes from home, and my car loss power. I would get stranded at places and at times had to call a tow truck to tow me home. Infiniti of Charlotte said my car was fine. When I towed my car to Lake Norman of Infiniti, they diagnosed the problem, the alternator. In March 2020, Infiniti of Charlotte repaired my window motor. In the process, they damaged my door. I contacted Infiniti Consumer Services, and it forced the current general manager to return my call. Infiniti Consumer Services helped me determine I was cheated one year extended services. I am having no luck with getting the one year and having my door repaired. At this point, because the current general manager will not return my calls, I will write NC Dept of Justice. If that does work, I will go to small claims.

I emailed the service department about getting an estimate to repair the drivers side power window on my G35 coupe. I got a call from Eileen a few hours later and she let me know what the potential costs could be. I made an appointment for the next day. The service guys were very friendly and took good care of me & my car! The bill was $600 after the 10% friendly discount. I had a very good experience with Infiniti of Charlotte.

Let me start by saying that I don't like shopping for cars. The last (5) cars we have purchased (including those for family), were from the Hendrick group in Concord and we were very happy that we didn't have to shop anywhere else. Our most recent need for a van had us looking around again though. We just couldn't strike a deal at Hendrick, even when I told them that we saw another dealer's listing online with the same van, lower miles and over $1,000 less. That's when I called Infinity of Charlotte, made an appointment with Peter Mikhael and reserved the van for a test drive that same day. Peter did a great job as a sales person.... he wasn't pushy, he was only interested in what our needs were and wanted to see if they were really going to be met by our choice. Yes, they were met! We went for a test drive, loved the van. We settled on terms, that day. We returned the next day after they tweaked a couple of items, and drove of happy. Do yourself a favor and call Peter with Infinity of Charlotte and set up an appointment! (By-the-way, ask Peter for one of the touch screen stylus pens he keeps in his desk drawer)
