Words truly can’t describe what a horrible experience I’ve had it with this title company. They are completely non-responsive to any emails not to mention seem to be completely unsure of the title work process. Not gonna go into much detail but think about this we closed on multiple loans and the liens had not even been cleared yet.What is the job of the title company?

This place is a total joke !Julie and Lisa are perfect scam artist.. I don't recommend anyone to have to go through this fraudulent business .. give them a chance they'll screw you over!!! Run!

Never use this company again

I have had the worst experience trying to close on my home with this title company. The company is based out of Dallas but there are supposedly representives in Houston where we were supposed to close. I've never seen them. The Dallas folks and the Houston folks did not communicate effectively with eachother. The evening before closing, they want to raise an issue on a survey that was submitted over 30 days prior to closing date. We kept getting different times to report on the day of closing and eventually closed 6 days later with a mobile notary in a cafe!!! No representative from the company showed up and we had to discuss personal business with a notary in front of patrons in a restaurant. So unprofessional. I emailed the owner and didn't get a response until a day or two later. It was a stressful nightmare. And on top of all that, the check was $500 less than expected because the date of the closing was days later. Highly upsetting with nothing but excuses and lies from them.

Best "Title Company" around. I've dealt with several title companies over the past 19 years and none are as Great as Ms. Williams at the Garland Branch.

They do a great job throughout the process.

I was so pleased with Miller Title in the closing of my and my brother’s deceased parents estate. Our most awesome Realtor Kim Billings met us there and I was introduced to Don Miller who was such a pleasure to speak to before starting the closing process. During closing Julie was amazing on explaining the process from beginning to end while signing the closing papers and has a wonderful personality and definitely knows her stuff…. Thank you Miller Title for making closing a success!!! Much appreciated!!!!!!
