Do not recommend. I was on the selling end of a closing that occurred in January. Extremely Long story short - Due to an error in the appraisal additional land was included by mistake. It took 8 months to finally have the error corrected and with no help from this office. The buyers had to refinance their home in order to cancel the incorrect mortgage and release my land. Out of extreme frustration I mentioned getting a real estate attorney involved and was basically told to do whatever I needed to do. I was also told to have patience at one point. In my opinion - 8 months of waiting had exceeded any level of patience they deserved
