I dealt with this company for the first time yesterday and the experience was great. I've dealt with a few title companies in my time and not all experiences have been pleasurable. The people here really enjoy what they do and make you feel important and that your time is appreciated. I've spent hours in a title company before, but my business was handled in under an hour with people that are courteous and hospitable. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. We had an absolute horrible experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. There was an issue with our documents. We've never been given a straight answer about whether the problem originated with the mortgage company or with Gulf Coast, but our suspicion is that it was the title company that made the error. We've been trying to get this issue resolved since July and we were told today that it would not be fixed because it would cost $125 and they refuse to pay it. I'll omit the name of the attorney we spoke to there, but he was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Here's hoping no one else has to deal with the gross incompetence and failure to take responsibility this company has displayed. If your lender mentions them as a title company option, tell them no and don't think twice about it.

Great staff with a comfortable environment. I have closed many deals here and they have all gone smoothly. The staff goes a great job of seeing issues in advance and offering solutions that work for all involved. They will close every deal I have.
