I've had the pleasure of having my insurance needs through Mike Lanham and his office for the past few years and can not express how satisfied i am. I've primarily communicated with Lauri, and she has been beyond fantastic in all aspects. Very professional, responsive, thorough and succinct with her responses and pleasant to interact with. If you need insurance services with a personalized touch and knowing someone is always there to help with whatever is needed, Lauri and this office is the place to go. I highly highly recommend you at-least initiate conversation and get a feel if you are insurance shopping.

I thankfully haven’t needed to utilize the insurance for anything; however, I have had many conversations and interactions with Ben and the team and I couldn’t be happier. When I switched over my insurance, he really made sure all areas were covered and the differences between what I had and what I was changing to. I also love his prompt response to anything I need or any questions I have. I have referred many friends and family and each time Ben was professional, courteous and prompt.

This office, Ben in particular has been very diligent and patient with me over the years. Took us a while to get rid of what was familiar and move to Statefarm. When we did it went fast. One thing I’m always careful about is to prevent holes in coverage. I asked Ben and this office to offer and explain each option for both my home and cars and that I would choose. Weird questions and amd crazy hypothetical scenarios were discussed. We’re thrilled with the savings happy with the coverage and ease of transition.

Ben was AMAZING. He was very accommodating. I was working with two other agents for 3 days, 4 including the weekend. Waiting for insurance quote and received nothing. I was supposed to continue with an agreement in which I needed coverage. He responded quickly, adequately, and diligently. He managed to have me covered in 10 minutes which is a bigger improvement than the four days I received. He has a great relationship with a friend of mines and spoke so kindly of her which is so sweet. He’s a kind and hardworking man. I recommend him to be EVERYONES agent. Most knowledgeable to me.

Agency has excellent ,courteous and friendly customer service. Ben Marshall has gone out of his way to help me with state farm claim service from the time of accident. without his help my claim was mishandled by claim team even though it took them 2 weeks to give estimate. state farm emmergency service and claim team staff is not like before. i am glad i had Ben Marshall help me with claim team staff's miscommunication.

We have been working with Mike and his team for a couple of years now. When you call Mike's office 99% of time one of the team is there to answer your call many times it is Mike himself. If you do get VM they call back immediately. Just this 4th of July weekend a family member needed to start a new policy on a car they purchased we emailed Mike he replied back right away and by July 5th in the morning all was competed.
