I usually don’t write reviews on places, but Morgan was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, and really represented as the face of this company. She’s a great asset to this company, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Outstanding customer service 100%. Emily was also very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and had a great attitude and personality. The staff here is excellent with what they do, and deserve all the recognition they can get. I highly recommend!

Going to the bank had always been on the top of my list of things that I HATE to do...until now. This was the BEST banking experience I've had ever. Morgan was kind & efficient and made it an enjoyable experience. I even look forward to returning.

I am small business owner and love Midwest Regional Bank. My first experience was with Jared from the Kirkwood location, he is outstanding and went above and beyond. Now that we are settle in to our clayton, I see Theresa(Clayton) at least twice a week for deposits, she is so sweet and welcoming. Theresa has also been so helpful, answering all my dumb question and solving user error issues. Courtney and Nicole (cash management) have been so much help with automatic withdraws and setting up accounts. They are both so nice and patient, we really appreciate you all and seriously couldn't run our salon with out you and all your help. Thank you, EVERYONE!!

My company used to bank at Busey and had nothing but bad experiences. We recently moved our business banking to MWRB and could not be happier. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, available, and professional. Calls and emails are answered immediately and issues are resolved without any kind of delay. If you have a small business, choose a small bank where you can have an actual relationship. I am so glad that's what we did!
