A life threatening experience. I will be closing my account ASAP. That’s three times now you’ve held my money, direct deposit/mobile deposit of the same weekly check, for several days. We’re done here.

I miss when this was Alpine Bank, all I wanted was help changing my pin number on my debt card. I was sent from one location to another and once I got to another branch they tell me I have to use the ATM machine which was down.... Again. I tried doing it over the phone with customer service and they can't, employees in the branch can't. Seriously its a simple thing to do. I tried over the phone and it told me it was invalid. I will be switching banks just a damn joke trying to work with these people. Horrid customer service.

I wish I could give less score than 1 star! Alpine was great, midland takes over and fees fees fees! Nobody can answer their customer care phone number, I know covid closing bank lobbies is a inconvenience for many in many businesses as well. But nobody at midland returns messages, emails or can pick up the phone. After long time waiting to speak with a representative, I was transferred to an answering service who placed me on hold while attempting to contact my branch. He also could just apologize and explain that nobody was answering. Are you kidding me??!!?? Time to change banks
