MIDFLORIDA Credit Union S Brevard Ave, Arcadia

The midflorida credit union in Arcadia has the absolute worst customer service experience, and terrible follow through with my wife and I. Their credit card company is very difficult to get a hold of. They don't back up their customers or listen to what the customers are asking for,, again no follow-up with customers. Both Departments the bank, and the credit card are consistently horrible for customer service care. We have left multiple messages for the bank manager Kelly and she does not return our calls. This is not the way to treat 😕 customers of your credit union.

I will never bank anywhere else! The atmosphere is quaint and the bankers are so friendly! The loan process is fast and everyone is very knowledgeable. They serve fresh popcorn on fridays, fresh coffee daily and have a child play your kids to hang out while you're taking care of business! Absolutely love this bank!

Natalie at the mid Florida in Arcadia is terrible. She’s very unprofessional and from what I hear none of the customers like her. Including me. If you have problems up there go to Wauchula mid Florida. They are 100x better than the Arcadia branch.

Love the Arcadia branch... The ladies are very helpful know you by name and are always smiling.. Enjoy all the services they have .. 😁😁

This is the most amazing team!!! My girls always ask if we can go inside vs the drive thru because it's such a kind bank place!! Professional ***** Helpful ***** Timely ***** midflorida has done it right!!

used to be a great bank - have had 5 vehicles through them - old man gets a motorcycle and they have an issue with his "motorcycle habit" (1 frikkin motorcycle) excuse the $#/+ outta me it's a free world - currently refinancing vehicles back to FIRST STATE BANK OF ARCADIA who are awesome - lesson learned and never ever again update for 2016 - getting our last loan out of this disgusting institution. They won't allow it cuz... We "owe" over $400 that was sent to them last year by our insurance agency. Funny story, everything is electronic and can be proved. Pretty close to calling an attorney. Called local branch then main office. Pretty sure the words from the lady at the main office was "Oh my! They aren't ALLOWED to deny letting go of the title for this." And now we are at First State Bank completely. Yay!

I like this bank they keep it 100% and help u build better for all your goal needs.and very good workers ,always there to help at all times.
