MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Park Blvd, Pinellas Park

Misleading company. They tell you you have overdraft protection yet they let your account overdraft. And then try to charge you for it! Only reason I went with them was to help get my credit score up and get an auto loan. They wouldn't help with either. Been paying 18.5% interest without an issue. Jokes on them I guess. I would strongly recommend going with a different bank. All this one does is hold your money for you. My safe can do that for free!

I am a new member to Mid-Florida. My experience with Catherine Clark was Great!! She was patient, thorough, matched me to the best account to suit my needs. A month later had a question, called her directly, she conversed with ne like I had just been in her office yesterday. Nice to be treated like a person not a number. Btw the branch I recieved such great service is located in Pinellas Park. I'm glad I finally walk in those doors.

Very nice people. They helped me out immensely and on short notice. Daniel was my teller and he's very informative and helpful.

I don’t know who the girl is inside right now but she was extremely rude. Light skinned, long dark braids. She mumbled the whole entire time, made snide remarks, and looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language the entire time. SO incredibly frustrating!

My wife and I received outstanding service from Cyrelle and couldn’t be more impressed with how things went considering we walked in 5 minutes before close. Cy was very knowledgeable regarding the products available through MidFlorida and took the time to educate us on all our options. He was a pleasure to work with and we’ll be using him for all our banking needs moving forward!

This branch is a sister bank to my credit union. The staff is very helpful. Because I am not a member of Mid Florida I must go inside to do all business. Twice in the last 18 months they tried to get me to change banks. I get it, however I feel that it is unprofessional to even ask. My son loves the popcorn they make for all customers on Fridays. Lines inside move fast, I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 min in line waiting for a teller.
