MidFirst Bank S Power Rd, Queen Creek

Perhaps I'm not familiar with small banks, but they need more staff or have staff cross-trained so when one person is out or has a lot on their plate, someone else can do the work that needs to get done for their customers. Wanted to try out Midfirst, but will have to move my accounts to a larger bank soon.

We have been banking with MidFirst since 2015. We love the atmosphere at each location and find the staff professional and very knowledgeable!

Prompt service, readily available solutions and workarounds. Gets your banking jobs done efficiently !!

This has to be the most professional bank that I have ever been in. I am now switching all my banking needs to Mid First. I'm wowed! Thank you Skylar.

Is not open till 9am during the week and not open on Sunday and needs to be changed online. It's the closest location to me and I drove over 30 miles one way and now it's closed on Sunday. Idiots...

One person in this branch that can open an account or enter info to run a new card. Really? Yet all the bank tellers sit around waiting for someone to walk in the door. Literally takes 2 of them to deposit my check but none are skilled to get me a new card. Customer service has gone down since I opened an account years ago. Not convenient even when scheduling just for a replacement card.

As I begin my journey onto ASU, I had a great experience getting my Pitchfork ID. I really wanted to highlight the staff but specifically Sal Amezquita. He made the experience easy and comforting and really knew how to take matters into his own hands to help. He was great in making family feel comfortable and was always willing to help even for miniscule questions. He goes above and beyond, I really recommend him. (He also speaks Spanish which is a huge plus.)

As my wife and I prepared to relocate from Missouri to Arizona we settled on using MidFirst as our bank, after much research. When we visited in April to making preparations for our impending move, we visited the MidFirst branch in Queen Creek, where we were helped by Linda Bullard. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient and answered all of our questions, while helping us set up our checking and savings accounts. It was through her kindness that day that we knew we'd chosen the right bank. Though she is no longer working at that branch, we have learned her professionalism and friendliness are indicative of the kind of service of MidFirst.

Excellent customer service!!!! This is a bank that knows your name and makes you feel welcome and actually understands what customer service is. Unlike BofA!!! Thank you Midfirst 👍🏼
