Mid Vally Pawn is amazing. They’re honest give good customer service they care about their customers and they have a lot of great items for sale. Most places are not willing to work with their customers. When I bought my dad’s birthday present there Everyone was very Patient and understanding and took the time to show him everything he wanted to see. If you want great items or to sell or pawn this is the place to go to. They are number one in my book go look and check everything out😃

I am new to town but it didn’t take me long to decide that mid valley pawn would be my new pawn shop. They always offer me almost double what any other local shop would as well as they always try to work with me in buying items that they may not really need at the time! Went in to see how much they can give me for an item all the workers just staring at me like if I’m crazy or if I have a fake item. After showing proof it’s real. Owner or whoever he was wasn’t even interested in looking at my item or even listening to what I had to say about it. They just have average items nothing major. There designer purses are basic bags that everyone else has. Nothing special or limited edition. I spoke with I think the owner about my item didn’t even look at it well said he wasn’t interested “I don’t purchase these”. His loss. My item is limited addition worth lots of money and very trendy. Don’t waste your time going in that place.

My name is Zach, I am one of the owners here at Mid Valley Pawn and the person you dealt with directly. In response to your review, let me take this opportunity to assure you that not a single member of my staff looked at you like you were crazy or that your item was fake. So sorry you left feeling that way. While your bag appeared genuine there are a substantial number of high value items including many designer bags out there that have an authentic looking authenticity card with them that are not actually genuine or authentic. An original retail purchase receipt can go a long way in helping with the process of authentication but when I asked if you had one for your bag you stated you did not. This is only one part of the process in authentication so while helpful it is not mandatory. We always take the time to look objectively at all the details and information presented to us and then use our experience and expertise to make an informed purchase decision on each and every item we are offered. As you undoubtedly noticed from being in our store and viewing our current inventory, and/or if you look through our other reviews and social media posts we do a substantial amount of resell luxury handbag business, (probably more than anyone in the central valley).. We work tirelessly to keep bags in stock that contrary to your review are either timeless classics, limited edition, or contemporary and in current style with the season. All that said, we have over 100 designer bags, belts, wallets and accessories in stock from some of the top names in designer goods ... We are always accepting bags from the following brands: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes, Chanel, YSL, Versace, Coach, Dooney and Bourke and Michael Kors. All of our bags are certified authentic and come with either the original documentation from the manufacturer and/or a financially guaranteed certificate of authenticity provided through the world renowned authenticator Entrupy. Unfortunately, while your Prada bag was actually very nice and considered by some to be a luxury brand it is just not a brand that we accept here in our store. We just cant buy everything. I want to be clear that while we never actually performed our Entrupy scan on your bag to verify authenticity, the authenticity of your bag was not the matter in question, Prada just isn't a brand that we have had luck with or deal in so I was not interested in making an offer on the item. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you well in your attempt to find a suitable buyer, and if you should ever choose to upgrade on your next handbag purchase, we hope you will reconsider and come see what we have available in store before heading out and buying retail.

I randomly saw a post on OfferUp & decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a huge variety of designer handbags! I purchased my first authentic LV Speedy 25 from here. Alaiza was so friendly, helpful & patient with me as I took my time to decide. (They have sooo many styles to choose from!) Zach was very friendly & approachable. All the employees are genuinely nice & helpful. If you're a woman considering a designer bag, designer wallet, jewelry or small appliances, I highly recommend stopping in! I think, like me, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Mid Valley pawn is my new go to store. Continually, time after time I’m always amazed at the unique collection of merchandise they have for sale. Everything from New and used tools, to music equipment, sports memorabilia, precious coins and bullion, Their large displays of jewelry, electronics and awesome collection of certified high end designer hand bags. I always rave to my friends and relatives about this fine little gem of a store. All I can say is do yourself a favor and check them out . The staff goes above and beyond with customer service and they really do help people out in a pinch with the most fare loans payed anywhere.

I love these guys! Josh and Zack are one of the most down to earth boys I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve been going to them since they opened in 2017. Excellent customer service, excellent selection of merchandise and they’re just a pleasure to talk to and be around. I’m the type of person that if I can’t seal a deal on a just a handshake I simply cant do it. These guys have always come through for me time and time again. These guys are the best! This is not your run of the mill pawn shop. Josh, Zach and now Mike are a bunch of pros. They treat you with respect and very hospitable.
