Wells Fargo Bank E Olive Ave, Turlock

Let me preface the below with stating I have been a WF member since 2007 and have used my debit card extensively for the last 3 years while living in the UK for purchases in UK pounds. Today after calling about depositing a UK refund check, for less than £300.00, I was told I would be able to deposit the check. However, after standing in line awaiting entry, when I was able to see a teller and manager, I was told they couldn’t perform the transaction “at this time”. I’m not sure what that means... is WF able to honour the check ? And if so, when ?

Very small parking lot on a rather busy street makes parking a hassle. A couple of bad experiences has left a bad taste in my mouth for this bank but it's been around a long time so it must be doing something right. Once your parked and in the door, plenty of on hand staff to serve you or answer questions so wait time is minimal if anything. Loan officers on site with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Wells Fargo remains the first choice for many people. Not me personally but still can't argue with a long and well documented track record.

The first time I went I had my daughter on me one I was carrying in her carseat the other on my shoulders the guy was so busy flirting with another employee that he couldn't help open the door. Never came to the one in turlock since now today I have no choice but to come to this one and they complicate my visit like if I don't have things going on. Wells Fargo needs to better train this facility I've never had a problem with any other facility but this one.

Unfortunately, this is the worst customer service branch. I don't know why keeping employees is bad for the bank. I hope this branch of The Great Wells Fargo Bank is taken care of.

If I could do negative I would it’s funny how you show up an they tell you it’ll be about 15 min then 5 min later someone else walks in an they know someone that works here an they get helped before you now that’s highly good to loose your customers o well

Always such awful customer service. Whenever I go out of town or state I have no issues...buy my local branch is in need of help for sure! I was really hoping with management changes thing's would get better. But unfortunately not. I'm never able to resolve any issues I have at my local bank...so disappointing.

My husband (that is black) went into this branch to pull a large amount of money off of one of our credit cards for a down payment on a boat, Wells Fargo is listed as on of the banks that allows you to pull a large amount of cash from the card and I have before in the past, I do also bank with wells fargo. Anyhow they absolutely refused to give my husband the cash! Even called a supervisor just to tell him they can not do it at the time but no other reason why!! He ended up going to another bank where they instantly gave it to him! I almost closed my account! Ridiculous.

Good customer service down side long lines. Just come in early lines are less and faster...

I am trying to get an appointment but no one picking up calls .

Great location in downtown Turlock. I use the ATM most of the time. Nice employees. Parking lot is small.
