If you want to be able to withdraw funds from your account bank somewhere else. Told that they don't have enough cash to accommodate my withdraw and it would take a week for them to get it. Closed my accounts and went somewhere else.... Oh, the guy also blamed it on the Russia conflict. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Note to reply: Thank you for your response. I was attempting to withdraw $12,000 to buy my daughter her first car and was told I had to wait a week for cash. Your policies don’t match my needs. Good day.

Ashley V at the Redmond branch was sooooo helpful and kind. She took a look at my finances and was able to help me save over 300 a month in payments between loans and my car payment. I’d recommend her to anyone needing help refinancing or consolidating loans.

Justice was the absolute best person to handle my transition from one financial institution to another. She made it easy- even if I didn’t understand something, she was patient and handled the situation with grace and ease. I would recommend her so absolutely anyone looking to refinance their car or whatever else you need help with when it comes to assistance with your finances. Two things about my Mid-Oregon Credit Union experience. 1, there customer relations phone service was horrible. I was on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes. 2, Justice Amato who was my loan officer was incredible. Kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Justice bent over backwards to help me get the loan and car I wanted. 5 stars for Justice, 0 stars for the phone service.

Justice Amato did an amazing job! She knows her stuff. She was efficient and pleasant to deal with and saved us a bunch on a car refinance. Thanks for the great service.

DONT BANK THROUGH HERE, ZERO STARS I miss the madras bank, where you never stand without someone trying to help you no matter what they are doing, . The customer service here needs training, its unfortunate that I will be closing this account soon. I've been with the madras bank for years never a problem ,

Went in this morning to get an auto loan. Was able to be seated right away with Ashley V. and she was super helpful, easy to talk to. She was able to answer questions that i had and I got approved. Excited for the whole process and grateful that this was an easy transition to get a loan. Thank you, Ashley!

Justice was a pleasure to work with throughout me experience. She was the person I dealt with from the very beginning. I submitted a business chat inquiry for a loan and a short time later I was on the phone with Justice. Her demeanour was always professional, but more importantly, she was kind and patient and took time to gladly and enthusiastically answer all my questions and never once made me feel like I was asking something dumb or something she'd heard for the millionth time. Financial matters can be very stressful and I'm glad Justice was the representative that called me that day. I was glad to have Mid Oregon finance my car a few years ago and have had positive experiences with every company representative since. Ashley was incredible to work with in getting a car loan setup. Hands down the easiest buying process I have ever had and quick to answer any questions, even when buying out of state. I couldn't think of a bank that could do any better!
