Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. My fiancé and I have just moved to Texas and we have had nothing but trouble with our accounts. Mind you we did let them know we were moving to Texas before hand. Just recently we had multiple fraud charges on our account from New York. When we called the bank about the first one they did not block the card so, many more charges came through. We had to call MasterCard to block the card. So thanks Mid Mo for nothing.

The customer service here in Stockton is absolutely OUTSTANDING! My husband and I had fraud on our account and these girls has everything fixed within the 30 mins. of me receiving the call from the bank fraud department. They answered all my questions and helped me reset every last detail to make sure all our new accounts were and are secure! If you aren’t banking with Mid Mo, you need to be!

The customer service this bank gives is unbelievably amazing, especially Hannah Bass one of their employees did an amazing job making me feel welcome and made sure to explain the process fully so I understood everything going on with my account.
