Mid-Missouri Bank US, El Dorado Springs

I have banked here for about 4 years I would say. The app is SO easy to use. I have had to have countless debit cards made and they always help me in a mannerly way! Most recently when I went in, Marra spent many minutes talking over my needs and wants and why's for a savings account. She explained everything perfectly! Love my small town bank (With many other convenient locations as well)

I'm not one to support banks and I've been done dirty by every banking institution I've worked with. I guess 13th time's the charm. Never have I had such a personalized banking experience. The staff here is friendly in the sort of way where they'll not just smile (which seems genuine) but laugh with you too. This is so sorely needed in today's society. Walking right up to the teller with my account information pulled up and a real smile greeting me takes a chore and blends it in seamlessly with the rest of my wonderful day. I don’t live in this area but I have family and friends that bank here and absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and so helpful! If I lived near this bank, I’d definitely bank here. Melonie is wonderful, as well as all of the other staff.

We are new to the area and Mid- Missouri Bank was one of several banks recommended. Service has been very good and staff is friendly and helpful. All of the services we needed have been handled timely. We chose well!

We do not live locally to this bank but that has not prevented us from having a great experience. We have had many phone conversations with Jordan Payne. He has been very knowledgeable and always willing to help us navigate the loaning process, as well as answer questions about future loan possibilities and banking information.

This is by far the best bank in Missouri and even better people to work with. We did our home construction loan through them and were great to work with! Made the whole process stress free!!!
