We had a few BHPH accounts that we sold to them. The whole process was a nightmare. My rep kept switching, took weeks for it to be finalized. Then 2 months after accounts were bought I get a letter from the UCCC that Mid Atlantic put a lein on my personal name. Called and the first rep requested to have it removed. Couldn't tell me why I had a lein on my name. I kept getting transferred to associates that were supposed to be able to tell me why I had lein in my name. But it was always the wrong area. Company is extremely difficult to do business with and they do not care about relationships at all.

Our dealership paid customer trade off 30 days ago or approximate. Texas state law requires lender to provide title within 15 days after payoff. These guys are avoiding the phones, its total bull what they're pulling... a 1.3 google rating? I've never seen one that bad, which means they care nothing about their customer base or whom they do business with. Seems like they COULD be on their way out?

Extremely frustrated with this place!! They don't answer phones, are rude or just don't plain communicate. I'm always reaching out to them through email.

Iam very disappointed in this mid Atlantic loan. I paid off my car in the beginning of June and they told me in 30 days they will mail me my tittle . It passed more than 30 days I called and they tell me oh I owe a balance , how am I owing a balance when I paid it off there oh let me check again. So they told me to call in a couple of days so the screen will show completely 0 balance. I called a couple of days and one of the guys there told me it was send already through mail , he said it will take 5-7 business days okay so it's passed more than 7 business day and I'm calling today 7/29/2021 and another guy tells me oh it send today through the mail. So i waited more than 30 days. Another 7 business days and again. There are liars. I would never get anything from this company loan. Very unprofessional . I told the guy I wanted to speak to the most high manager and this is what he told me well if want to wait until they want to answer . Really that's how unprofessional they are. Please you all don't get anything from here I've been waiting for my tittle for my vehicle I already paid it off and nothing has gotten here.

They are the worst!! Manager Luis Vizcarrondo is a lier he will purposely set you up for you account to go into repo. My car was in accident he told me I would just need my recite showing I paid for my parts and he would process the 2 month extension. He lied!! He wants the car to go into repo status instead of helping me with the extension. I called asked to speak to his manager because he is a lier and he HU. LUIS VIZCARRONDO IS A LIER AND A TERRIBLE PERSON!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! CAN THE DIRECTOR PLEASE CALL ME TO GO OVER MY ACCOUNT?

These bad reviews go back 5 years. Someone from their collections department just called my phone for a person I don't know. I only came across this because I was trying to see who the number belong to and I always do research. This many bad reviews can not be a lie, people beware!!!!! The good reviews has to be from their employees. Do the research on the dealerships before buying the cars. They most likely have some type of contract with the dealership that after so many payments have been made the dealership sells the loan to them, then after the car is repossessed from not being paid or being paid late it goes back to the dealer and then cycle starts over again with someone new.

This Finance Company is a scam. I pay my account on time every month but somehow they still find ways to overcharge me... THIS IS AN UPDATE!!!! Guess what they are still a scam..I finally paid my car off now im having problems with my title release. They say they sent my title but i never recieved it. They say our may take longer because of this pandemic but mail is running like normal they also sent a lien release to get a title from DMV and that got to me within 2 days. You pay your car note on time for tag title taxes but they never have the title in the first place then get mad at you because you asking for a copy to be sent Email just to show they had it when they say they can do that one guy even hung up in my face. If you go through this company because of they company u bought your car from sells it to them BE AWARE.. BE VERY AWARE!!!

They towed my fiance's car and claiming we never paid them since I got it of the lot worst company ever even when I got the proof and hinged the phone up on me after cursing me out worse customer service

Dealers stay away!!!!! Signed up with them to handle financing for my customers. Sold 2 cars and they claim to fund in 24 hours. Waited a whole week for funding. Every time I called they claimed they was verify customers information which was suppose to be done on same day. Had to tell them I was using a different finance company do to delays for no reason. Worst finance company ever. Do not do business with them!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to them they are some big scam people I pUt down 1000 dollars on my car so I ask if I could get money back and there nun they can do

YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH A DEALER SAYING YOU WILL PAY YOUR NOTE ON A CERTAIN DAY of course the company will call BECAUSE YOU DIDNT PAY ON THE DAY YOU AGREED TO!!!!! And as far as titles go: if you pay in cash its 15 business days AFTER THE DAY YOU PAYOFF YOUR VEHICLE if you pay with card or check its 30 days AFTER THE DAY YOU PAY OFF YOUR VEHICLE. These are people who are leaving these reviews dont understand responsibility, thats why they went to a BUY HERE PAY HERE DEALERSHIP cause they couldnt handle responsibilty. dumb

People Do not do business with this company. They don’t care about you they will charge you $ 400 dollars fee for 1 late payment.Danielle the manager and supervisor has such a bad attitude. Worse place to finance your car. Stay away from them.

I purchased a car from Frank’s car for less in 12/2019 I went to trade it in last Saturday and was told my title was salvaged and it was worth less that 500 for a trade in I was give the car fax says it was reported 2/20 that the title was salvaged so I called the cal lot they said they don’t know how when they have a clean title when I called the finance company the lady said they have notice for the car lot it was salvaged and they would go through my contract to see if I signed anything I was also told they would call the car lot to see what they can do so yesterday I called and was told they still haven’t talked to the owner now today I get a call for a towing service they got notice form the finance company to come get my car which confused me because I thought they was trying to get in touch with the car lot owner. So moral of the story I’m sol it’s no one fault and I’m stuck with the car and if I turn it in it goes on my credit as a repo.

This is a terrible company! I had ZERO problems when my car was purchased through Rhodes Auto Sales. Unfortunately, they went out of business and Mid Atlantic got the notes. I knew nothing of this until the week my payment was not drafted so I call around and get some information. No one from Mid Atlantic called me and let me know what was going on. Then they want me to just give them my bank account info! Mid Atlantic also tried to change my due date and my loan, telling me that it was interest accruing until I paid it off. I paid one note through the bill pay at my bank and they never got it, but I have the proof from my bank that the check cleared. So I reluctantly did a voluntary repo. What a hassle, they at first wouldn't come get the car for 2 weeks until I told them my complex was going to tow it. I have always been cordial and polite on the line until they set me off. Every single person that I spoke to besides Jason is extremely rude, they yell at you and don't let you speak. At this point I am trying to get proof of auction sale so that I can give it to the credit bureau. The last lady I spoke with said that no one will call me about this now that they have their property and I will probably get the sale receipt in the mail once it happens, this being their final communication. The only mail I ever received was the letter stating the date my car was going to be sold. I cannot wait to be done with this place!

I don't know why everyone is giving this finance company bad reviews. I have been with them for about 4 months. They have been really nice to me no problems what so ever. The dealership was quick to finance with them, they gave me a good monthly quote and got me outta there in about an hour. One time I even fell back on a payment and they gave me 3 weeks to pay it off in payments. We all have that one time where we over spend and run short out of money lol. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! Reps are always nice to me. If you're belligerent just like any other person they will be belligerent towards you.

I had purchased a vehicle from American Auto Sales in Greenville NC in 2015 of February. The vehicle broke down after 8 months of driving it, so I called Mid Atlantic that I wanted to return the vehicle back to them before I fall behind on my payments. I also told them that I could not afford to get the vehicle fix. During that time in 2015 of Oct, a representative told me that they would take the vehicle back and I would have to pay the amount left on the loan after they sell it at an auction. They came to get the vehicle and I got further behind on my payments and then they put it on my credit report. When I call them again in Jan. of 2016, they told me that they were not going to take the car back and that I had to finish paying the loan after I already told them that I couldn't make the payments. At this point, I was very behind on this loan and they did not care. They kept calling to my house and when I still told they that I am having a very hard time making the payments, they wanted me to make two months payments and they would take my loan out of delinquency, I am still trying to either sell this car so I get help to make these payments. I never heard of a company that would not take their property back and persists on trying to a payment when a person can not make the payments. I really hope no one else deal with this finance company. They are very bad and do things to hurt you and not help you. All I wanted was to turn the vehicle back to them.
