Michelle Mathews is just awesome! We wanted to refinance our home and take a little cash out for a car for our teenager, and so I called a lender I have recommended for over 5 years. And I am a very active Realtor, so that is a lot of referrals. We got an amazing rate at 2.75% and we were all set to move forward. That was in October. I kept asking for updates on where we were in the process and just got push back. "New purchases take priority over refinances and we are swamped." That is the answer I had been getting every time I asked when we could close on the loan. In December I was just so frustrated not knowing when we would close, I called Michelle. She was a dream.
