Rob was very accommodating to our schedule, thoroughly answering every question as it came up, which as a first time home buyer significantly reduced the stress of the entire process. We also appreciated the fact that they gave us time to compare rates with other lenders, which ultimately were the same at the time. Overall, the experience with Rob and Fairway was excellent. Worked with Michael on a condo purchase. Loan was not approved due to condo questionnaire, but Michael quickly found another lender that approved the building. It was a rough ride, but Michael was always on top of things, knew what he was doing, and got it done. Couldn't do it without him!
