Service is soooooo slow. I had an appointment for 1:30 and 30 mins later still waiting. The standard of service of terrible.

Seemed to annoy the tellers that I had questions about my transaction.

Ever since they renovated they now only have 2 tellers. Always a wait, more than once have seen 8 to 10 people in line. The 3 girls that are the tellers are great. Not their fault management has abandon customer service.

Love my Citizens. Have gotten to know staff over the years and they're always friendly and down to earth. Will take as long as required and go the extra mile for banking needs

I have never been so disappointed in a bank! I have had my business account with this bank for 13 years and I am thrilled to finally have closed all my accounts! Overall bad customer service!

They have great service and anything you want from a bank

Usually I go to the Stop & Shop locations for simple things, but my past two visits were more involved so I went to this branch. (Canceling one account then opening another, then changing my last name.) They're remodeling which is nice. It's a bank that wants your money and up-sells you every chance they can get, big surprise. I waited a while both visits, the first being the longest, but was taken care of though it took a while to do. The second time I needed to change my last name on the account and was helped by the manager. Oh boy did he try to up-sell me everything under the sun. It should have been a 5 minute thing but he dragged it on for a half hour going through every aspect of my financial life and trying to set up appointments. It was ridiculous and inconsiderate of my time.

I wish that 1 star was an option. I also wish that was only this location, it is the bank as a whole. They are the most unprofessional, worst customer service, down right rotten group of people that I have ever come across in any situation period. Avoid this bank like its the plague. They don't care about your business, they don't care about you, they don't care about anything, they an awful group. They charged me $50 to do a wire transfer that never went through. After asking to have it refunded, they told me to pound sand. I just sold a house, waiting on the $$, they would have another $300,000 in that bank next week, instead the jackasses that they are decided to not refund over something that they should not be collecting on in the first place. Not only are they losing the $300k that would be coming in, they are losing the current balance as well as my in-laws who have over $700k in their bank. The home office told me that this is how they make money, and if I were a business man, I would know this. No, you stupid f**k, you make money on bigger deals than $50 transactions, you make money by having our large deposits as well as home equity loans, mortgages, etc... I am on a mission to take down this bank, go Local!!! doesn't matter what it is, f**k these corporate bastards!

I don't know why they're hating this bank... Great staff, great atmosphere. Always cool as a fridge in the summer, warm like an oven in the winter. I have no problems here, just great experiences.

I am having issues with a money order that I did at this bank. They are refusing to give me the information I need and deny I ever did it even though I have the receipt for it. This if for my rent God damn it and I am trying to afford to live!!!
