Everything was excellent. Michael went above and beyond in helping me obtain my mortgage. There was an unforeseen delay for my closing at the time that interest rates increased. Michael made sure to extend my contract with the lower interest rate for another 30 days which allowed me to close at the lower interest rate! That's something I really appreciated!
