I'm here to tell you that if you are looking for a Loan go no further than Mr. Peter Costakos! He is Excellent and you will be truly satisfied by the whole process. We had a very different situation as we were three buyers looking to purchase a Property and we weren't sure if it would work out but Mr. Costakos made it work!!!!! The whole process was great. Cross County Mortgage has a very good and easy to use Online application and we were able to upload our information right on to this application. It was very easy. Mr. Costakos went above a beyond to make this loan work! He crunched the numbers, reached out and made things work. He also got us an excellent rate. Whenever we needed him he was just an email away and for any questions we needed further discussion with he was readily available with Zoom Meetings. Again, the whole process was great and I highly recommend Cross County Mortgage but more importantly, hands down, we highly recommend Mr. Peter Costakos.
