Highly recommend. - Oct - Met with Michael to go over the lending process and applied for an approval letter - Nov - continued asking Michael questions about loans/amounts/etc as we saw homes - Dec (2nd week) - Told Michael we wanted to do a closing date in the first week of Jan, giving his team approximately 3 weeks to prepare for closing around the holidays - Jan (first week) - closed on a home
