So I was just shopping around moving into the state from out. I looked through a couple of their profiles and happened to pick Ian Blake kind of just by chance to be honest. It was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a professional. Not at any point did it ever feel salesy or like they were just trying to get the job done or anything like that. I feel like the service that I was given was beyond exceptional. Being a first-time home buyer is nerve-racking and not knowing what types of loans you can get whether you should or shouldn't do something based on your credit score or even you're buying power is often hard to determine with so many resources out there. Going with USA mortgage and in particular Ian Blake was the best decision that I've made in a very long time. I had constant clarity, I never had to question what was actually happening or who I should be talking to. It was a seamless experience that even had hurdles and difficulties that were not the fault of USA mortgage that Ian was able to guide me through. If you go with them I assure you you won't have any regrets!

I am soooo glad I decided to change lenders! I had been actively buying in OK since February because work was relocating me from TX. My original lender kept slapping my loan with sooo much red tape. It felt like I was jumping through hoops! I got the impression that my original lender was not working in my and my family's best interest. It got to the point that my seller was threatening to walk if we didn't get a clear to close. I was soooo stressed I couldn't sleep! Thankfully, I got Kyzer's info through a friend in Texas. He and his team were able to take over my loan and get me closed in 30 days! 30 DAYS! They were able to do in 30 days what would've probably taken my original lender MONTHS! We had an estimated closing date ready and Kyzer's team got me clear to close 6 WHOLE days sooner! I'm ecstatic and beyond glad I went with my gut and switched to USA Mortgage! Everyone on Kzyer's team is awesome! They put in all their effort in their work and it shows!

Would not recommend Ben Hogan or his processor, communication was terrible, I was calling them all the time and would have to continue to reach out by email, text, and calling and still took forever to get answer. All the docs were sent in right from the start since I am in the business and knew what was required. Bad when I have to ask about docs for closing from my lender. Only used due to closing cost credit with builder.

Very positive experience. David and his team were always available to answer any questions. Communication was outstanding- the team made sure we knew what the next steps were and stayed on top of all of it. Would recommend!!

The worst experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a home! I HIGHLY recommend that everyone, especially Veterans steer clear of USA Mortgage company. Their lack of communication, exorbitant lender fees, and attempts to screw me over with a higher rate and smoke and mirrors was completely unprofessional and insulting. My loan officer, David Fiorello was horrible! If you should decide to use this mortgage company I recommend that you steer clear of him also. There are FAR better mortgage companies out there that are more than willing to assist veterans. I came to the table pre-approved and ready to rock-n-roll, however the builder “forced” me to use their “in-house” lender by offering to pay closing costs. It was all smoke and mirrors. They all are in ca-hoots and “jimmy” the number to make it look like they are the god guys...NOT the case. They all are terrible. I will NEVER use them again nor would I recommend that my worse enemy use them. STAY AWAY!!

Scott and the team are excellent! They made our first time home buying experience fantastic and we are so glad to have used them to finance our home. Scott was very responsive and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. If you want someone who will make your home buying experience as easy as possible, Scott is your guy!

Shervin and his team went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can’t recommend Shervin enough!

Started this process last June when we entered into a sales contract with Beazer Homes and USA Mortgage was on the list of preferred lenders. Ben Hogan was the first to respond for the pre-qualification request. Ben was able to get our pre-qualification letter out to the builder within mins. Fast forward to April 2022 - Ben, Michelle and Dina worked dillegntly to get our loan closed. This is my fourth time completing this type of transaction and this by far was the smoothest and quickest I've ever encountered. Think we only had one go back from underwriting, which illustrates their accuracy and commitment to the client and company. I've spent the better half of my life in the mortgage business before going out on my own, I've never worked with a more professional group. I highly recommend Ben Hogan and USA Mortgage without any reservation.

Great experience securing our first investment property. The communication from the whole team and the easy use of the app made the process incredibly smooth.

The experience was okay. The last days were hectic because we only found out our work verification was missing 1 day to closing. It was frustrating because we had to postpone closing twice. In the end we got it resolved but the lack of communication between the team and us sullied the experience. 7/10

Ben was simply amazing! As soon as I submitted my application he called me right away. Every time I reached out to him and he wasn't available, he always made sure to call me right back. He was also very responsive through emails and always ready to answer any questions I had. I never thought I would be able to close on my first home in less than a month, not to mention that it was actually 3 weeks from the closing date at first and Ben made sure to make it happen. USA Mortgage was a preferred lender of Beazer, my builder. From start to finish, Ben and Jason answered my questions in a timely manner, were efficient, and punctual. Our projected closing date was communicated in a timely manner and not delayed once! I would recommend USA Mortgage and consider using them again should I need to refinance or sell my home.

I am a first time home-buyer and Shervin made the loan process transparent, efficient, and painless for me. He was upfront and honest with me on everything, clearly had my best interest in mind by suggesting alternate plans than what I originally was looking at but were far better for me given my life situation. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all available assistance programs, including down payment assistance. He is not afraid to find you the best deal, he treats you as I would expect a friend to. I can not speak highly enough of him. I will be returning to him in the future for sure, and highly encourage anyone in need of home mortgage assistance to give him a call!

Ian is the best. I was originally with a different lender but needed local advice. Ian answered all my questions and the interaction was so positive, I choose to work with Ian instead. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and quick to problem solve. Ian was genuine and supportive throughout all our interactions, which made a stressful situation lighter.
