We just closed on our first home with Michael as our mortgage broker – the best decision in this complex process (and market!), especially for the first-time buyer. Of course, the most important point is that Michael got us the best rate. However, for us it was equally as important that his whole team was very helpful throughout the process. Communication was a breeze, they patiently and clearly explained every single aspect of the process (a special thank-you to Susan who spend a lot of time with me). If you're in the market for a mortgage or to refinance, do yourself a favor and contact Michael at Bond Street. We were interested in refinancing our mortgage this past April due to the expected low rates in the market. I started with lendingtree.com and was bombarded with calls from lenders wanting my business. I worked with four different lenders and got a wide range of quotes on different rates and fees. Due to high demand, it didn't seem like we were going to be able to get as good of a rate as we were expecting without paying an arm and a leg in points. My neighbor had worked with Michael before and gave me his contact information, and reaching out to him was the best decision we could have made. He first worked with us to understand what our financial goals were, both in the short term and long term. He made recommendations for different refinancing options that fit our needs and budget, and his costs were far lower than the other lenders. I thought it was too good to be true, but there were no smoke and mirrors. Everything was on the level, the closing process was smooth and well organized, and he kept an open line of communication through the entire process, answering any questions I had and proactively explaining things as we went.

We recently closed on our loan to begin the renovation of our home and the process couldn't have been easier.
