I have found them to be very disorganized and super unprofessional. Then when they need something they overwhelm you with requests and harass your financial partners. Never using again, stay away! The worst experience ever. A true bait and switch company. They quote one rate and at the 11th hour when they know you have no choice they increase everything. Terms, points, rate and down payment all higher in the end. I called their CEO James Di Piazza, a bigger jerk than his employees. Couldn’t have been more arrogant and pompous. It’s starts at the top. Run from these people! UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW! We paid them $4000.00 for an appraisal which they never had done and they won’t refund our money! Be really careful with these people. They will take your money, overpromise and underdeliver every time. I’ve only put up a handful of bad reviews in my 40 years in business and mostly good ones but this one was seriously deserved!!!
