Once our offer was accepted, Johnny and his team where able to handle everything, including changes that were made in the final days leading up to our closing due to money held in escrow (repairs the seller was going to pay for). They definitely went above and beyond getting everything completed in such a short time-frame with the accelerated closing schedule we had. I cannot recommend Johnny and his team enough!
