Being a first-time home buyer is incredibly stressful but we feel lucky to have found Jared and his team. From the beginning, Jared was very helpful and honest about what kind of loan agreement we could get. He assured and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Ultimately, everything he predicted came true. Our advisor Ashley offered so much education on all the complicated details of our loan. We asked many questions but having that knowledge made us much more comfortable with our final decision. From the beginning, we felt that Jared and team wanted to genuinely help and support us as we made one of the biggest decisions of our lives.

Jared and his team were great to work with in obtaining a mortgage. They checked in with me regularly to let me know what was needed and what the status of my loan was from applying to closing. They presented me with at least 3 different options for monthly payments. Everything in the loan process went really smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Jared and his team did an amazing job for me when I purchased my new home. The pre-approval process was quick and simple which allowed me to have a pre-approval letter (not just a pre-qualified letter) available as I came across properties I was interested in putting an offer on. I ended up going to route of a new build. In the new build world they really pressure buyers to use their in house lender. In my case I was required to be pre-approved by their lender and of course they assured me they could beat any other lender terms out there. Jared new what he was up against and kept working with me knowing the risks. When it came down to loan estimates Jared’s was in my favor by both my monthly payment and costs to close. The process started early April 2021 and by December the builder still could not give me a firm closing date. Just before Christmas I received a call from Jared saying he was concerned that rates might start going up after the first of the year and I should probably to a long lock if possible. We made a decision on December 30th to lock me in still not certain if I would be able to close in 120 days. Boy was that a good decision. A week later sure enough, rates were on the rise. I finally closed on April 14th (15 days before my lock expired). Everything quoted to me on the loan estimate was still accurate - no surprise added costs…. And thanks to Jared’s advice in December I had a 3.25% interest rate where most loans were closing in the high 4’s and 5’s. I have worked in the escrow/title industry for 35 years. I have come across thousands of lenders. Jared and his team are by far in my top 5 ever. Should I ever refinance or purchase again I know exactly who to call.
