MetroPawn S Virginia St, Reno

Always have a great experience with MetroPawn. I typically go to this location, however, this is true of any location I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, quick, honest & fair. Depending on your accounts record with the store (do you pick up what you’ve pawned? Pay on time? Etc) they are pretty fairly priced considering the fact that you’ve got instant cash, and months to pay it back. Love you guys.

Elaina took care of us when we came into the store, and was so nice and helpful the entire time we bought a laptop and felt very welcome and valued. As a customer. Thank you Elaina if I could give you 10 stars I would. Thanks so much Debbie M

I went in with a 14 kg necklace that was 2.7gr. The lady behind the counter offered me $45 and said she might bump it up to $50 since I was a good customer. This was a sell not a loan. There was nobody else in the store so for her to be so rude and make me feel like I was bothering her is so uncalled for. I left and took my necklace to the metro pawn on oddie where Jordan and the rest of the staff were polite and offered me $75 without having to haggle. Gold is at $1905 today and everywhere online offers about $91 but i needed it asap. Life is hard enough without having to deal with people like that south Virginia metro pawn basically trying to steal the value of my merchandise. What a miserable human being she is to take advantage of people in their time of need.

Friendly people with go getting attitudes to help you. They are always patient and willing to answer all your questions for your loans.

I came in to sell a Capresso Machine and while the price they offered was a little too low for what I was trying to sell the customer service was fantastic. Carmen was waiting just inside the door ready to help as soon as I walked in and she greeted me with a smile. She proceeded to help with kindness and courtesy. You really don’t experience customer service like that these days!!!

I love going to this location! Violet and the rest of the staff are always so friendly and professional! That alone has made me a repeat customer, and I recommend this store to my friends and family every chance I get. I'm always greeted and thanked when I come in, which alone is huge for me, and every experience I have had so far has just been winderful!

This pawn shop is losing money. The offers given by metro pawn at this location are making people take their items and do business down the street. No wonder the girl had no name tag! I wouldn’t either if I ran business like this.She told me she sells 250 dollars worth of used merchandise (600 new) for 50 bucks! I said call me when that’s available so I can come get it!! I should have check the reviews before I put my trust in this place. Bought a gold chain and pendant from here before leaving. They cleaned it before I left with positive feedback. Didn't wear the necklace until 3 days after I got it. I then realize both the pendant and chain was smashed up in certain areas. I wouldn't recommend buying jewelry from here unless you get the protection plan and fully examine what you purchase.
