Jorge did our original loan on our house in 2012 and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! We found him to be extremely knowledgeable on both the mortgage business and the real estate industry as a whole. In 2021 we refinanced, and there was never a question that we would use Jorge and his team again! We have been happy with the customer service Guild Mortgage has provided us for the last 10 years and feel that Jorge and his team go far above and beyond! They regularly stay in touch with e-mails advising of current real estate trends and about once a year a member of his team will personally call to see if their services might be needed. Jorge help me financed my new home in 2011, after the housing market collapsed back in 2008 and I and my wife had just retired in California, and we moved to Nevada. Guild Mortgage made our first home purchase a great experience. Gaby was our loan officer along with her assistant Lulu. They are both great people to work with during the process. Although we hit a few bumps in the process of purchasing, they l did everything they could to get us approved and into out home.
