Great customer service. There’s no line waiting and if there’s a line It moves really quick. They’re always positive and cheerful to help you. They never try to sell or offer you things that you don’t need. I’m pretty damn happy with this branch by far an one of the best banking experience I’m still enjoying up to this point 😃

I’ve been with this CU for over 20 years n this manager named Cristina Valdovinos abused her powers n mistreated me many times but I let it go. She kept policing me everytime I did something. Things she said n did to me such as if I’m not happy go somewhere else (U can’t tell me your customer that!) would not let me close an account when I hav every right to. She made her own rule instead of the real law of banking. I had to comeback n tell her u can’t do that I talked with my lawyer n she said u can’t do that, I can close this account. She knew ! Yet did that to me! So she finally had to. I withdrawal my money to close she didn’t even giv me my money n yell out to me, she let me walk out drive away n hav to comeback n say hey u didn’t give me my money. THats stealing! This manager Cristiana Valdovinos had a power trip n so unprofessional. Imagine that didn’t even try to call me n get my attention to give me my money? When I confront her how she treats me n all these issues that she had with me she tried to push me off to another teller. She never resolved my problems or questions professionally. How do u go into this bank feeling policed, mistreatment, stress n anxiety. And she’s a manager!! I don’t usually do this at all but this time I’m not letting it go she did me wrong! I told her I’m not going to leave after over 20 years cuz u bully n harrass me cuz u hav ego issue n abuse your power but actually thanks to her I’ve found a better Credit Union n it’s right across from this one ! Ha!

Terrible phone service. Online help is even worse.. i will never get any other loans or services with them !

I was a customer for over 10 years and I trusted this bank. I am very disappointed and closed my accounts last week. In October and November I went to Meriwest to make a payment to the Meriwest Credit card and they made payment from the wrong account which led me to be delinquent on my credit card and overdrawn on my savings. This month I made the same mistake they did, making a payment with wrong account, and they charged me multiple fees. I apologized and asked to please waive some of those hefty fees an they said no. I asked for the managers name and number and they said no, someone would call me. It took them 2 days and by that point I had cancelled my accounts. I will never bank with them or refer anyone to them.

Great location and service. Loan options and other products available are well appointed and a good value.
