Sent a notary to close our refi loan NOT an attorney. Didn't even know what documents were supposed to be in the package. Consequently, my wife and I had to take more time off to go back and sign more docs. In all reality I knew as much or more about the docs than the notary. If anything Meridian should pay me for closing my loan. Title searches are all done by computer now so seems an easy way to make a few hundred dollars. Impressed not hardly. If I am paying for an attorney I want to see one at my closing. So just keep that in mind when using Meridian.

Had my first closing at Meridian Title today. Wow not only is the place so cool I want to hang out there every day with their big meeting rooms with tvs, couches, and a stocked fridge, but every one there was so incredibly nice to me. If any of my realtor friends haven't been there I highly suggest you give them a try!

We had a great experience using Meridian Title Company. We purchased a home in Missouri while still living in another state. We did come in once but were able to do most everything online. When we did come in, we were impressed with the friendliness of the people working there and the beautiful building! There are snacks and beverages to enjoy while waiting in a spacious and comfortable waiting room. Anytime we called we were connected to our agent quickly. We always received answers to our questions quickly and felt like we were working with friends!
