So I needed a key for my 2007 550S.The spare had broken over a year ago. To my detriment I failed to replace it in a timely manner. Unfortunately I misplaced the only key I had to the car. I called Mercedes Benz of Alexandria and spoke with a gentleman who told me I not only needed to bring my registration and driver's license (which I perfectly understood), but I would also have to have the car towed there. He went on to explain that they would tow it if it was less than 30 miles for $75.00, otherwise I would be totally responsible for getting the car there. He said, "that is Mercedes Benz policy". I of course thought that was ludicrous on the face of it! I very politely told him I will definitely continue to try to locate my key under those circumstances. As I said, I thought that was ludicrous and unreasonable to say the very least. I therefore proceeded to called Mercedes Benz of Arlington and was told I only need to bring prove of ownership, as in the registration and driver's license. Although that sounded perfectly reasonable, I asked if they were certain that would be all that is required of me, they reiterated. It is obvious that the Alexandria dealership was prepared to cause me major nonsensical inconvenience, and make a few bucks in the process, crazy! Let's think about that for a second; I would have to have my car towed there (more than 30 miles), have it sit there for two or three days (because the key would have to be ordered), inconvenience someone else to chauffeur me back out there to pick it up, that is nuts! This is not the first time I've questioned this dealerships ethics. Needless to say I will not ever consider contacting the Alexandria dealership again for absolutely ANY reason. I cannot believe they were willing to put me through all that money, time and unnecessary inconvenience for a key. If I could have chosen zero stars, that would have been my choice. Sincerely, A. X. Sent my wife in today with our GLE450 coupe for a programming on a new abs module and they told her they couldn’t do it after they took our $128 , Service was trash don’t come here, the mechanic installed a was Mercedes’ tech and now own his own Mercedes’ auth shop and said they are lying. Now I have go to another dealer and I bet they will do it virginia dealerships are always fraud and just try to sell you new part with them installing Update : Sallieu Malik service manager responds back and tell me how I have poor communication and how I’m reacting irrational…the customer service is poor and his service is poor he is not no better then the service advisors he hire

Before I begin, it's important to note that I have visited numerous Mercedes dealerships (at least 8), and in my opinion, Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, is by far, the worst. Allow me to explain. First off, it's nearly impossible to get a call/email back, even when your car is being serviced, but, the aforementioned is negligible, compared to the damage they caused to my car. The icing on the cake is that they are denying all responsibility. While my vehicle was being serviced at Benz of Alexandria, damage occurred while in their possession. Specifically, the front bumper had been crushed, and the parking strip trim had been ripped off. I first noticed the damage on 7/24, while my car was still on their lot. When I asked what had happened, the service manager (Frank) replied, "I don't know anything about that." In hindsight, hearing the former should have been a huge red flag, since the service manager, at best, was oblivious to the damage that had been done. Nonetheless, since my car had been declared a total loss, I didn't think I would be retaining it, so I didn't take any pictures of the damage. (BIG mistake) However, I think most people would agree, that noting the damage with the service manager is reasonable protocol and should suffice. Up until this point, I've never heard of a dealership that damaged a car, and then subsequently failed to remedy the situation. However, I should have listened to my intuition, because all the 'WARNING' signs were there. Anyway, I ended up retaining the car 3 weeks later, at which point, I contacted the dealer about the damage which I had noted with Frank on 7/24. Long story short, they denied responsibility for all the damage. I then escalated my complaint all the way through the chain of command, til I reached the GM (Peter Collins) and, he stated, after interviewing the employees, his view was that the dealership did not cause the damage, which is simply not true. As stated earlier, I saw the damage while at the dealership, in person, and my car had never left the dealer lot. Further, the service manager was informed, as we both stood looking at the damage. In addition, USAA took pictures on 7/3, while my car was at the dealer, which showed my car in pristine shape, which proved there was no prior damage. However, even after I showed Benz of Alexandria this photographic evidence, they still would not take responsibility. I requested the dealership to check the video surveillance, and asked if they had taken photos of my car, before it left the dealership. To my surprise, they informed me they don't have records of the video footage going back that far, (beyond 30 days) and they did not have any pictures of my car, however I do not believe this. Most likely, they pulled the tapes, and once they saw they caused the damage, they simply denied having this footage. Now some may say this is a bold statement, but consider the following. Would a Mercedes dealership, or any company for that matter, with Millions of dollars in precious inventory, (stored outside, unsecured), take the risk of limiting themselves to 1 month worth of footage, when the cost of storage is negligible? I'll let you decide. In any case, I have now escalated this issue with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia - Consumer Protection, the BBB, and the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB). I also called the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, which handles insurance related matters, since they refused to provide me with their commercial insurance policy, since I wanted to file a "garage keeper's claim." The State representative told me that it's very rare for an automotive repair shop to deny providing insurance information once requested, and stated that this typically only happens with smaller, less reputable companies. In closing, let me say that there are plenty of reputable, HONEST, automotive service repair shops out there, but this is not one of them. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealership, and avoid them like the plague. You'll be thankful you did.
This client's car (a 2004 SL) was here for an extended period of time due to significant water damage. As the general manager I had several e-mail exchanges with the client however he is asking me to continue to investigate alleged damage that occurred over 2 months ago. We do not maintain photos or video for that extended period of time and resent his accusation that we conspired to delete his photos - really? He informed us that his insurance provider declared the car a "total loss" due to the water damage. Apparently once it was totaled he no longer had insurance coverage however he retained ownership and ultimately had the car towed out of our location. We do not believe the alleged damage was caused by our dealership and despite all the time that has passed he now wants us to pay for the damages. He was provided with contact information for our dealership's counsel and asked to direct any further inquiries there. We are an exclusive Mercedes-Benz factory authorized dealership with an A+ rating by the BBB and we earned the "Dealer of the Year" recognition for Mercedes-Benz in Virginia by Dealer Rater for outstanding service.

Brought my car in for carwash on 12/22/21 and it was given to another customer as a loaner. I visited MB of Alexandria on12/22/21 to get a carwash for my 2015 ML400 that was purchased at this location. While waiting for my car in the waiting room I overheard someone indicating that they had received the keys for a loaner car that had the same ticket number that I received for my car. When I approached the service clerk about the situation, the customer explained that he was inside my car when he realized that something wasn’t right. After bringing the situation to the attention of the service manager, I left feeling violated and frustrated since this was not the first incident encountered at this dealership.

This is my fourth Mercedes Benz and they have always gotten better each time. I have been having my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria since 2006 withe my second purchase and I always have had a great experience and can always be made a sure that everything regarding my vehicle was taken care of and or brought to my attention. I may have selected different dealerships for purchase but I have always depended on Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for my service needs.

There’s nothing like being a local and being well taken care of by your local dealership, especially Mercedes Alexandria. I called before coming in and spoke to Bouch Siaf, he assured me the car I was interested in was available. I told him I’d come by the next day and he said is there anyway you can come today. I told him I have an appointment with Mercedes Chantilly and they were ready to make a deal. He said if you come here, I’m sure we’ll beat them. I took the time to stop by and boy was he correct. I told him I’d give him an hour and Bouch delivered!!! I took the car for a test drive, came back, agreed upon the number and the deal was done. Bouch was very friendly and professional. He didn’t play any games and I didn’t dread my time at the dealership. He made my experience one that I’ll always remember. If you’re ever in the market for a Mercedes, I highly recommend Mercedes Alexandria and be sure to ask for Bouch Siaf…he’ll definitely take great care of you!!!

Horrible service. They are not attentive. You show up for an appointment and they are surprised.. your service advisors changes every visit because they overbook everything so you end up jjsy going to who ever is free.. I have owned multiple luxury brands and each have their pitfalls but Mercedes of Alexandria has been the worst when it comes to service. Update. I speak with the advisor (Casar Cardona) regards to the status of my car that I can see hasn't been touched because the app let me know it's been locked since I got here even though I had an appointment and his response was we're busy.. I said what's the point of an appointment he said "so we can look at the car not so you can be serviced quickly"

I would not recommend this location if you are interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. It has probably been the worst experience in a dealership. First, I made an appointment and when I showed up, the sales representative that I was supposed to meet, she was not working that day... The car I had expressed interest in -from the inventory, well, they did not have it. When I asked for the financing options, the sales guy gave me a piece of paper teared it from a notebook where he wrote the price and basically that was it. ah! when I took a car for a test drive, well I asked if the car had heated steering well, to what the guy said: is that really important to you...? Well thank you but Jaguar and BMW have better customer service and more modern design and better technological packages that the Mercedes Benz...

Took my car in for service, and though we were late (due to my husband going to the wrong location initially), my vehicle was taken promptly after we arrived, assessed and quickly and accurately serviced. My advisor Mr. Boatwright, provided excellent service both during the appointment and after. He was super accommodating and took excellent care of me and my vehicle. EXCELLENT SALES EXPERIENCE! I purchased a used MB fleet vehicle in March. Greg Chery was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make my buying experience easy and efficient. He was sensitive and accommodating of my need to observe socially distant practices, as I'm in treatment for breast cancer. He has continued to be patient as we wait for the (COVID delayed) transfer of plates. I cannot say enough about this man and am grateful for his commitment to his customers!

I would like to point out my horrible experience with Mercedes at Alexandria dealership. This experience just happened in early part of January 2021. My appointment was for an heating issue to be fixed. Long story short picked up my vehicle the same day service to encounter another issue that Mercedes created. I was immediately told during pick-up by my Advisor David Getachew, that he updated the system and thats why the function of my car seat were not working properly. Stated that it should start back working later, I told him it should've stopped working was operational when dropped off for service then his famous statement " Your car is old" as if we don't already know this it's my vehicle. Mr. Getachew then stated arguing with my husband in the car port area and every tech left out which I thought wow very unprofessional to be treating a customer in such a manner. My husband spoke to his manger and it seem that my complaint fell on deaf ears never received an apology. I have never nor my husband been treated in that manner and to think this is Mercedes Benz Dealer. I not sure if my other car should come out there for service , can i believe nothing else will go wrong on this car 06 SL 55.

The service center was full of vehicles so I was informed my car wouldn’t be ready until about three or four more days, especially since it was a holiday the following Monday. I received another call within three hours or so saying my car was ready for pickup. After driving my car for a few more days I was overly ecstatic! Not much needed to be fixed, but to not have to deal with the constant concerns anymore was amazing and everything was completed very quickly! I absolutely love how hardworking the Mercedes staff is and they always call with updates to make sure I’m aware of what’s going on.

Carlos and Chris did an amazing job with my parts order and programming. These guys are truly top notch. Even though they were busy and I wasn't spending a ton of money they made me feel special and took extra time to walk me through a few other items i had questions on and taught me how to check and configure my Tire sensors before I left. Twice now I’ve had issues with their service department and collision center. In the first case they told me I needed a new $4000 motor for the convertible top. Went somewhere else and turns out a couple contacts were bad and they fixed it for one-tenth the price. Then the collision center returned my car with the rear brake light out after they did work on rear end. Not a huge deal, right? Well apparently too huge for them to deal with so I took it to Merchants tire a block away and they replaced the bulb-at no charge.

I have schedule my B3 service for my 2017 GLE c. My wife with baby drive the car and they could not take her they said they have no loaner car ask her to come back at the afternoon. I called Zack he apologizes and offer me to come pick the car and get it back the next day . Suddenly he text me back and said he can’t do it and prefer do it latter . So we agreed about the 5th July when he back from vacation . Be able to pick up the car and service it . I contact him the 5th and no answer I called and left him two voice mail and never respond and today the 7th finally he respond if I can drop the car Saturday which I told him I can’t .. I am very disappointed with Zack level of communication and service .. And risking the car to be driven with so service !!!

I have been coming to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for over 10 years. I only get my vehicle service there. One of the things I like is that every time I go there I’m greeted by name. How many dealerships can you go to who know you by name. I know that when I take my car for service or for my yearly maintenance I know my car will be fixed correct the first time and that they will only used Mercedes-Benz parts. The service advisors and supervisors in the service department are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, you’re likely given a rental when they have your vehicle for an extended period of time. Not any type of vehicle but a Mercedes-Benz. I would highly recommend them.

We have taken our cars here for a few years now and have been very pleased with the service. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Cesar is our go to representative, if he isn't around, we feel that the staff is just as helpful and courteous. It is also great how they appreciate the military (discount on services). We feel that they are honest and the repairs have always been done to satisfaction. it is very easy to book appointments (online or phone) Would definitely recommend!

I went to Alexandria Mercedes after coming from Tyson’s with a horrible experiences over there . My salesperson was Almaz and he was right at the door greeting customers and I’m very lucky that he was my salesperson. He helped me look at cars and gave me his honest opinion about what car I should get based off what I like and not to just sell me the most expensive one . He helped me get the car that I want at a very good deal and even after signing my papers, if I had any issues he was always open to me reaching out to him even when I was annoying . If you guys are getting a Benz from Alexandria go to almaz he’s the best and is always on the customers side!

The overall service experience was great, very professional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by my service adviser, Rick and we quickly reviewed the service to be preformed. I was then provided a loaner vehicle and was on my way within minutes. After receiving a status update on the service, I later pickup my washed and cleaned vehicle and was again on my way within minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The service is always done correctly, I have experienced no returns on the service. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your Mercedes Benz needs.

I brought my 2012 S550 MB in for what turned out to be a major repair issue. My service representative, David Getschew, provided thorough and timely feedback of the issues with my car, gave repair guidance, and went out of his way to work directly with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria to get me the best deal possible on a very expensive repair. I was completely satisfied with work that was done and was especially satisfied with the service from David.

Inquired about an E63S from this dealership, agreed on a price, sent them credit information, spoke to the finance manager just for them to ghost me. The car didn’t sell for 2 months. Pretty bad experience and I have a hard pull on my credit. You would think they would treat all customers properly, especially one buying a 100k vehicle. Gladly found my E63S somewhere else the following week.

5 Stars! That is what i give the folks at MERCEDES Benz of Alexandria! I came in with a few issues on my CLS, and I left with them all resolved. Everyone had been friendly and courteous. George my service advisor kept in contact with me while my vehicle was in for service. I picked up my car on George’s boss, M, took care of me himself. I knew what needed done and the the approximate costs Up front —no surprises. Said hello to my favorite sales pro Jerry Chao and even had a pleasant conversation with a Customer Service Representative named Nick who followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the service. All and all I give the entire staff 5 stars for a great experience. and I will be back!

I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for many years. For the four Mercedes that I have leased or purchased, I have consistently relied upon the Mercedes Benz of Alexandria service department for scheduled maintenance, even for two of the vehicles, that I leased from other dealerships in Northern VA. During my last scheduled maintenance visit to the service department, I was reminded why am always impressed. Alex Leh, was my Service Advisor. His attentiveness from the time he greeted me on arrival to the time that he summoned me, when the service had been completed, was exceptional and characteristic of the degree of customer service provided by all departments (i.e., Sales, Finance, and Parts) within Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. Mercedes of Alexandria Service Center is very well run and does a great job taking care of my car. I feel comfortable that they aren’t “ripping me off” and they take the maintenance of my vehicle seriously. My service agent, David Getachew, is honest and straightforward to work with. He doesn’t try to sell me repairs I don’t need, and his estimates are prompt and the work is done on time. Bringing in my car is actually a pleasant experience!

Mercedes Benz of Alexandria Service Center has the best service department by far. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and welcoming smiles on their faces. I usually schedule my service appointment online and timing is always great. My service advisor, George Boatwright is top notch! I am very impressed with the services as well as the relaxing environment of Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I am most impressed with the service department personnel. While my service provider will identify future service needs that my vehicle requires; I do not feel pressured to make an immediate decision. That makes me feel like my dealership is taking care of me. BTW, my grandchildren love the lounge and the free snacks.

I’ve had several Mercedes’ over he past couple of years and found my service home with David G at MB of Alexandria. They team of service advisors here are always friendly, courtesy, and trusting which is hard to find when having ANY vehicle serviced. I appreciate the transparency when dealing with his location. I brought my E350 in because it was making a whistle-like noise. This dealership was great...they took a long ride with me and identified the source of the problem. They replaced my transmission, (still under warranty) and also performed my yearly inspection. George Boatwright has been taking care of me and was great! I had outstanding service during my last visit. My service advisor greeted me immediately even though he was on the phone. As soon as he was done, he apologized and proceeded to assist me. It was a Saturday afternoon and even though the wait was very long, Cesar Cardona (my service advisor) would check in with me occasionally. I have never worked with him but he treated me as if he had know me for years. He shared his love for cars, a passion he developed from childhood because his father and Uncle were in the business. I became hungry during my wait but some random employee took the trouble to search for snacks for me. It was near close of business and the snacks had run out. I appreciate all the trouble Cesar took to get me a good discount off my bill. He took my wait time into consideration and was very flexible. I opted out of a loaner because I find my car inferior after I drive those. Thank you for such a pleasant experience that day.

As always, I had another very good experience at this dealership. I needed to have two repairs and the dealership rep, Xavier, was professional, patient and courteous in making sure he understood the problems. When one of the repairs required that my car stay overnight, he clearly explained why. He made me feel I was in good hands. I made an appointment at 11am to just get my sun roof tube cleared out and they hit me with extra fees and it had been over 12 hours still no contact or time frame for a simple procedure. In all fairness I have not gotten my car back to see the work that was done this is more of a customer service problem . As a young male I felt treated differently than other customers there and also don’t get how an 11am appointment turns into an over 24 hour process

Absolutely recommend MBA for your next car, but make sure you see Richard! Before landing at MBA, we dealt with four different dealerships in our search for a new car and of all the dealers we worked with and the salespeople who helped us, Richard was absolutely the most knowledgeable about the various Mercedes vehicles and how they might best fit our needs. He and the rest of MBA went above and beyond to work with us to find the CLA that most closely fit what we wanted in a car, even down to the trim. We eventually decided on a car in a different state, and Richard and the rest of the team worked hard to make it happen. The dealership has also worked closely with us to help us navigate registering our new car in this pandemic, including the prompt supply of temporary tags and advice as DMVs haven't quite reopened yet. All around great experience and prompt service. Can't recommend enough!

Going through all the reviews I decided Mercedes’ Benz Alexandria is the one for me. But I was so wrong. I stay in Herndon and the Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly is just 8 minutes away. Despite this I travelled all the way to this particular service center just basing on the reviews and they have AMG options in the car selection portal. I also noticed a lot of positive reviews and good experiences from this service center. But I got my initial car service on 25th March 2022. There is a differential oil change due for Mercedes’ Benz amg models at 2000 miles. When questioned about this they stated it is not correct and would be needing it at 30000 miles. Second I wanted to get the pre service package. They said it would cost me 2100$ for the three service and will be valid for next three years. After the initial service was done they tell me two more service are left for you as you have used one for this service. The service a costs around 250$ why would I ever pay 700$ for a services. The response was it’s already processed and can’t be changed. Like really ? Leave the cost apart. I do not really mind the extra 450$. The very next day I take my car for a spin and I notice the brakes are still making the “squeaky” sound which I had clearly mentioned while giving it on 25 th. I called the showroom and booked my appointment via call on 28 th march and show up on the 29th March. They tell me the rep is on a brake and I will have to come back tomorrow. Like for real ? I traveled 60 miles to get it serviced at this particular service center and they tell me we can not do it today get it tomorrow. Next I asked them if I can maybe get a loaner as I am busy during the weekdays as I work 9-5 and I can drop the vehicle and collect it tomorrow. They said I would need to make my own transport arrangements. The experience is so so bad. The first day when I asked for a loaner the response was we don’t provide loaner for small services. But later when I told them I would also like the pre servicing package they suddenly have a loaner to provide. One of the worst service experience so far. I totally love my car (AMG c63s) and got this vehicle imported from North Carolina. If the service you get back after owning an amg is so bad I do not think I would ever purchase any other vehicle from Mercedes’ Benz. The 1 star for the guy who handles the loaner vehicles. He was nice and was polite. :)

They do repair the vehicle but if you come in for one thing it’s always you need to get it diagnosed before we repair. If you already told me what was wrong, I just need you to fix what I need fixed. That’s it. I should not have to pay a second diagnosis fee. No matter where I got the repairs done. Computer programming is easy. It’s just ridiculous the fees.

tried to sell my lease to them and they tried to offer me $35,000 for a car valued at $46,000... they made me drive in to get the offer and would not tell me over the phone. because the value of cars went up they decided I couldn't do 3rd party lease buyouts... so I was forced to buy the car to them before selling it to Koons Ford Falls Church for 45,500.. horrible experience will never buy from them again. Had my service done with Chris. Superb outstanding service every time! I don’t know much about cars but I knew I heard some weird noise in my C300 whenever I would break. Chris told me to leave my car and got me a loaner. They couldn’t find the problem after driving it and looking at the car so I came in for a test drive with a tech. I was able to point out the noise I was hearing. The tech was outstanding and gave me lots of helpful advise that was cost efficient. After I picked up my car it was smooth and had no more weird noises! Really want to thank Chris and the tech for taking great care of my c300 and making sure all my worries were taken care of. I love my car and I’m glad to have gotten my service done here! Staff is very personable and truly cares about their customers. Will come for all my services here and recommend friends and family as well. This location beats all the others in the DMV.

I Scheduled appointment a week and half ago to have my car serviced. When scheduling the appointment, I confirmed a reserved rental car knowing I would not be able to wait for my car to be ready, she confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until two days later and the rental that I reserved was not available; I would have to wait until someone returned a car or reschedule my appointment. The service agent offered a shuttle to get home and stated that he would call me when a rental was available, I then would be able to pick up the rental. This area does not offer a variety of choices to get service and can be a huge inconvenience. When scheduling my appointment there was no communication or follow up stating that there would be no rental car available upon arrival. How is a customer, told you ‘just have to wait until someone returns a car’ when an appointment and reserved car was previously scheduled? This is completely unacceptable and POOR customer service.

Fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I was searching for a specific vehicle for weeks and they were impossible to find or, they would fly off of dealers lots. I found one I loved at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria but it also was sold. But I was immediately contacted by salesman Richard Eidman, upon inquiring about the vehicle. He quickly searched the nationwide inventory and found the perfect car with all the specs I wanted!! He got the vehicle shipped to the dealership in no time which is something other dealers were not willing to do! I was coming from out of state so was preparing for a challenging experience. Quite the opposite: Richard was a SUPERB salesman who essentially completed the preliminary transaction with me over the phone leaving very little to do when I arrived at the dealership. He went above and beyond to fulfill all the requirements and some more! He spent time to explain all the cool new features and even called me several times after to make sure I was completely satisfied, totally a family-like experience. He has truly set the standards high for my next purchase. Will definitely be working with Richard Eidman again!!

Let me preface this by saying that I live right across the street from another MB dealership. But I will drive farther. Because their service pales in comparison to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. The moment I arrived, I was immediately taken care of. The service rep(Alex) kept coming back to check on me. Even the MB dealership where I purchased the car didn’t treat me this nicely. During the past year, I visited Alexandria Mercedes for repairs and services on my 20 year old Mercedes E320. Most recently, I chose to wait while I got B Service. I was greeted by my service advisor Alex who made sure I was fully aware of the waiting area and all of it’s amenities. Alex kept me informed on the progress of my service throughout the wait. I can’t say enough about how friendly and professional he was. A few days later, I returned to have a minor repair and was very impressed that Alex remembered me by name and was still familiar with my car.

Overall the customer service was really good. I did not leave with a vehicle the only part I am unhappy with is I was advised they were still trying to get the deal done and then went MIA. I thought the considerate thing to do would be to at least communicate that they couldn’t get it to work out especially after I sat in the dealership for hours the day prior. I think it’s a little in poor taste to leave someone in limbo without communication.

EDIT: James is great at the service department. Extremely rude employees from the second you pull into the parking lot. As if you are a disservice to them for coming here. Came for a flat tire and not one person (3 different people) made me feel like they were willing to take care of my problem or even wanted to be here. I even had someone ask me if I’m sure that the tow truck was coming & if my car really had a flat. Never have had such terrible service at a Mercedes before. My first experience at the service department MB of Alexandria started out not so good. I am the kind of person who asks for the Manager when I feel the service is not acceptable. Before the end of my visit, I was assigned a new Service Advisor, George Boatwright. George has been my Advisor for the past 4 years. There has never been a time when George has not been able to deliver. He’s almost like a concierge. When I pull into the service lane, I know I don’t have anything to worry about. George has been the most knowledgeable, professional and hard working advisor I have ever dealt with. Sure there have been times when I had additional issues, but all I have to do is let him know, and by the time my GLE350 is picked up I am completely satisfied. George is a great example of what a Service Advisor should be. At the end of my visit he always asks, “Have all of your concerns about your vehicle been addressed today?” And the answer is always ABSOLUTELY!

I needed to lease a car for my business because I was putting too many miles on my own car, I sent an inquiry online around nightlight and in less than 10 hours, their Sales rep Almas was texting and emailing me. He was extremely responsive, fast and productive. I went to visit him around 3:30pm the same day with my son, he went above and beyond in making it as fast and easy for me as possible. Their finance manager Andrejs was very professionally and efficient, bought service from him. And the Sales manager helped enter my application himself when the Finance manager was assisting another customer to speed up the process. I was able to leave in just a couple of hours with the new leased car. I would go back to them again :)

It has always been a pleasure to bring my car here for scheduled maintenance. Mercedes-Benz of Alexaxandria is a lot like the cars they sell and service; a well oiled machine that works so beautifully you take it for granted. They were challenged by the Covid-19 restrictions when I visited and yet it felt very friendly and they took care of us without losing a step, and provided a loaner for if us in record time. Christopher McGrane, our service advisor, was ready for us when we arrived. I asked him to also do the state inspection for me and to see if he could figure out why my EZ pass was still not working. All that as well as the service and a brake related recall didn't take but two days, and we were soon able to pick up our S-550 which was sparkly clean and perfect. Christopher made it so easy and fast and we are treated with such warmth and care that unfortunately very few places where I do business can begin to compete. It is truly a joy to come here. the first occasion i visited Alexandria Mercedes Benz Austen Achterberg was my service rep and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me all that would be done on my service B. i expressed to him that i also wished to purchase new tires for my vehicle and he went above and beyond to find the best tire and price. Austen is a top notch service advisor and i will continue to request him in the future

We had a very nebulous problem, causing the engine to stop while driving. MBA did an outstanding job diagnosing and pinpointing the problem with the control board. They worked closely with my maintenance warranty company and then completed the repair very quickly. The car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me, and all done when promised. Everyone was beyond polite and professional - welcoming me when I arrived, preparing our loaner car, and George, my service representative, called me daily with updates. It has been a really long time since I have had such a good experience with any dealer or repair shop!

Always Receive good service here. I like coming here because it’s close to my job and convenient for me to get to the dealership. I always find the staff to be helpful and informative and very communicative I generally deal with one person David and he is outstandingAnd very responsive to me via text messages or phone calls when I need to come in even if nothing else but for a wash. I do have problem with my tire sensors which seems to have been corrected with the purchase of winter tires but we shall see overall at the service and the people that I deal with at this dealership is without exception.

Great service! My visit to MB of Alex. VA was just outstanding. I arrived and they provide me with a loner and I was on my way in about 7 minutes, and I was sure that I would be there waiting for awhile because I was in a hurry. I received a call from my service Advisor once they identified the problem and he explained every line item in detail and provide discount that I did not know about. The work was completed right and I advised him that I could not come pickup my vehicle until a day after it was ready and he assured me that it was OK. Just great service and respect for the customer.

My Service Advisor, Rick Savanh greeted me upon arrival for my first visit and has consistently done the same throughout the past three years. He’s professional, courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz products. All of my service visits have been great. I’m always provided with a loaner vehicle, and always kept abreast of the status of my vehicle. Once the service has been completed, Rick always calls me with the service details.
