Went in and purchased a vehicle just to find out 3 months later that the car has been in an accident. The fact it’s been in an accident does not matter, it was the cover up that made it this serious. I was demanded to dive in a particular area at the test drive which I paid no mind to. Now that things are adding up they knew. I went in to settle this peacefully and was rejected multiple times. By the general manager at the Alexandria va location and then spoke with the higher up at the Maryland location which is the head quarters. I am highly upset to know that I was transporting my kids from home to school in this vehicle that the suspension in the left rear is only being held together by a bolt that has been rigged. Some of the parts that they used to temporary repair this issue were used with used rusted parts. They told me that there is nothing that they can do for me and instead of trying to help me they wanted me to trade this car in for another one through them which would leave me with negative equity and put more money in their pocket. This is my worst vehicle experience I’ve ever had. 😢

I just purchased a vehicle with Lonnie and Anthony. I’m not a huge fan of the car purchasing process but these two were great! I left with my ideal car and a manageable payment. I received a welcome package from a bank congratulating me on the purchase of my new vehicle, problem is I never purchased a vehicle from Easterns. I wonder how this happened and I wonder why Easterns let it happen. A rep even said I had been there several times. Never happened. Fortunately I have great credit and would never go to a place like this. You might think it’s the person who committed the fraud but Easterns helped. When we go to court I hope you have copies of my signature and pics of me in your very shady establishment. The ID theft affidavit had been filed.

Still waiting on a vehicle that has been in the certification process. My wife and I have been waiting on a specific vehicle a 2015 Chevy Suburban LS. We inquired on the vehicle almost 2 weeks ago. Ahmed initially told us the vehicle was in their certification department. I asked him if the price was going to change and he said no what we saw the vehicle listed for online was what we would be paying just under 29k. Well we partially filled out the credit application online however never submitted it. We then woke up to find our credit was run with no authorization. I continued to ask if we were able to look at the vehicle however Ahmed kept avoiding the question come to find out they did not even have the vehicle and it was still being transported to them. I spoke with Marcus and he was the first honest person with us. I asked him what needed to be done to secure the vehicle and he told us to add it onto our insurance which we did and submitted a copy to them. Fast forward a few days later we were told by Tony the price was subject to change depending on what they needed to do this was all news to us. Now we are stuck with a hard hit on our credit and no vehicle. This evening on 2/23 I noticed the vehicle price being advertised has increased another 1000. Tony pretty much advised us that it was out of his control. Tony explained to me in the fine print that the price was subject to change. I read the fine print and the price advertised stated is good for 24 hours, well how are we able to purchase the vehicle within that 24hour window if it’s not even ready?Now we are still waiting to hear back the final number. I’m so fed up with my experience with this dealership. After jumping through hoops and hurdles just to give this dealership our business the first person who spoke with us was dishonest and in my opinion committed fraud by running our credit without authorization .

Very unhappy with internet salesperson James Jasper. He told me vehicle would be ready for me to test drive. I Ubered 60 miles for the vehicle to not be there. It had not been released from their processing center and would not be done for 3 more days. It shouldn't have been on the website and I shouldn't have been promised it would be ready if they didn't have it. I attempted to contact James and he did not respond. An extremely frustrating experience. I would give this place zero stars, but superstar salesman, Lonnie Rush saved the day. Update :06/08/22 I have to warn others about this issue 3 days after my husband purchased a vehicle from Eastern Automotive He began having numerous issues with the vehicle that were beyond his control in which I honestly believe the dealership was fully aware of before leasing my husband this vehicle. Come on now how could they not know .Correct me if I am wrong are they or are they not the individual's who know the history of the vehicle before the vehicle is sold or put on the lot of the dealership.My husband contacted the business to inform them of the issues. No one has yet to respond back. So as of now my husband has to take it upon Himself to have the vehicle checked to find out the cause of the issues..I feel as if the dealership is saying Ha!Ha! we did our job by putting you in a car now screw you have a 30 day warranty use it.It's not about the money it's about the principal of the matter and the reputation of the dealership plus the loyalty to you're customer's. Last year I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ, and fell in love with it. I loved it so much I decided to upgrade to a Continental. So my search began. As a matter of fact, Anthony (Antonio) Gutierrez reached out moments after my search started. He was very professional and informative. My intent was to go to the store to pick up the new Continental, but I had an emergency that came up. Antonio was very willing to help with have my new purchase delivered to me. Next chapter, I wanted to upgraded to a 2020 Ram (less than a week later), again Antonio and the Easterns family came to my rescue and helped me find my new 2020 Ram Laramie and delivered it as well. Easterns of Alexandria is the great place to buy car. Ahmad sohil my sales person was very good and helped me a lot. He had all the patience in the world with me. The GM was nice as well. Great place to visit.

BEWARE- SHADY BUSINESS Vehicle displayed online with no cosmetic damages and certified pre-owned. The salesman stated multiple times that as it is certified pre-owned we can take it to our local GM dealership for any Warantee work needed and it will be covered since it's CPO. I learned last week that is NOT the case. The dealership said it is not in their system as having been certified. I call this establishment twice and get passed around until I'm sent to a voicemail box that is full. I then call corporate and they explain to me that they internally certify pre-owned vehicles and that is only valid for 30 days and has no effect on the original Warrantee. Beware of FALSE statements to make a sale and misrepresenting the truth. They will twist words to deny accountability. Secondly I drove 125 miles for this vehicle to learn it has damage on the passenger side that was not mentioned in the post, nor pictures. I tell them they need to fix it before I buy it (it's a $25,000 vehicle) and the salesman and manager tell me repeatedly that I will have to repair it after buying it. Finally I prove that they did not disclose this information publicly and they fixed it. Since 4 months of owning the vehicle I've learned that it has an AC leak, warped rotors, dead battery, and torn carpet that was covered up. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get genuine service from any aspect of their company. Pictured below is the SAME certified pre-owned sticker you will see at a dealer who will warrantee their vehicle. ***UPDATE*** I have emailed the customer support email provided twice with ZERO reply. Seems they want to save face but not actually resolve the issue. All they simply have to do is honor their salesman's promise: have a GMC dealership certify my vehicle as CPO so I can get service, that's why I paid what I did for it... I've already replaced the headlights, wipers and battery... The brakes I'll wait until they deny my request so I can report them to the better business bureau.

Lonnie was an amazing sales representative. Very professional & patient and made sure I found a vehicle that not only I liked but could afford. Very pleasant experience for my 1st time buying a car!! Definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

UPDATE*****Once the sale is completed, you're on your own!! Salesperson NEVER returned my calls, text messages. Very different from the constant support/text messages/emails convincing you to buy from them. Very unprofessional and un-organized. Look elsewhere.

I came in and worked with Vinny, Tony and Kevin they were very patient with me, Mustafa was my salesman and was really nice and patient, spend several hours with me in the process he even stayed late to make sure I got everything taken care of I stressed all of them out just me alone, but they made it work and made it happen for me, I was very satisfied, I had no hopes of qualifying for a vehicle with a low down payment I expected a much higher down payment as I kept getting high rates, everywhere else I went, I was on the verge of giving up until I had more saved and these guys made it possible, 10/10 recommend, also there’s some bomb restaurants around the area you can go to afterwards because you will be hungry when you leave, also the lady upstairs gave me aspirin for my headache. Kevin prepared me for the tough questions, and Vinny was so nice and professional and worked very hard with me on the insurance aspect and income. This was the fastest that I’ve ever purchased a car. I was in and out in 3 hours. I had the opportunity to work with Juan and Darrius. Both very professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were trying to fast talk me. I got an AMAZING deal and a very NICE car! I highly recommend them both and Easterns of Alexandria. Superb job!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the sales Rep Carlos. He was extremely helpful and informative on all questions we had and helped us without the usual "pushy, exaggerative" sales techniques. He was patient and actually LISTENED to what we wanted and didn't want in our family vehicle. He didn't give up until he got us into a SUV we were happy with.
