Used them when I first moved from Wisconsin to put money in my bank since they had the shared banking. Due to policy changes with my previous bank I needed a new credit union and chose members-only because I always had a good experience. Have not regretted the switch. They have been a great bank.

Was thrilled to have a bank in our area but was disappointed in their service when I went in to inquire about opening a new account. Tellers were friendly enough. Beware their hidden fees and judgemental attitudes. I AM NO LONGER RECOMMENDING THIS BANK TO ANYONE. Beautiful building on what was an eyesore in the neighborhood.

Teller informed me wrong and almost created a really bad situation for me financially. The supervisor/manager, Beth Schoeppner-Miller, was completely rude to me. I have never experienced such poor customer service. She literally just watched me get upset and wouldn’t come over to help me with my problem until I asked her to. She was very disrespectful to me and nobody should bank here. She argued and raised her voice at me in front of everybody in the bank. She should lose her job. I have lost all trust in this bank and you should too.

I have been a member of MembersOwn Credit Union for over 10 years. We joined when my husband worked for the telephone company and stayed because of the incredible customer service and competitive rates. MembersOwn is easy to work with and they take good care of our family. I like it when they say "we treat you like you own the place - because you do."
