1st time pawning items, was met with friendly & courteous staff. Ann, assisted in explaining the process as she assess's the items giving honest appropriate feedback. Chad's friendly, lively demeanor also made the 1st time experience less intimidating. Was given a fair & reasonable cash value offer of items. Concluding...I would return to this store again 100%

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I went into this store and I had an unpleasant experience and felt that I should share with others to make them aware. I went into the store to look at engagement rings and first of all, I stood there and waited for help for at least 10 minutes and finally when I was helped I felt the employee rushed me, and was trying to sell me over priced rings. I told them my budget and they were attempting to get me to spend more. Once I told them I felt the rings they were showing me, were a bit over priced they simply walked away and proceeded to help other customers. I was also feeling uncomfortable because I was being stared at the entire time by the male employees. it just was not a very professional atmosphere. I went over to another local pawn shop on south 27th, not only did I find a ring that was exactly what I was looking for, but it was half the price and twice the ring that this store was trying to push on me. As I was leaving the AAA store I noticed a sign on the wall that said you get a free dvd for leaving a google review, well here is my review but you can keep your dvd.

Great Staff one in particular is Ann she’s awesome to work with very informative and helpful!! Store looks amazing and manager is cool too!!

Just updated my review from the five stars they paid me to put up lol. The boss man at this location has the worst customer service ever. Spending almost a grand and wanted to spend more on a 1911. Did the normal pawnshop thing and asked what's the real price? His reply.. " I'll take 50 off but I shouldn't even do that" then don't bud the easier answer is naw its a good price. Although it was not a good price as I was going to buy it without even knowing the price I requested was spot on at $600 for a Taurus 1911.

Over the phone was very nice. Made the process pretty quick overall. Also, the man running the counter is very nice and knowledgeable. Super good experience overall, and ive never stepped into a pawn shop before this.

Chad is an awesome guy. He will make you feel important with his jokes.

I purchased a brand new ps4 controller from these guys on north 27th street, on December 21, 2021. (Or so I was told it was brand new anyways.) I bought it for my son for a Christmas present. Well, today is December 29, 2021…ONLY 8 days later. My son tried it out, and it’s glitchy and not working right. I went back in this evening, to try and exchange it, and they couldn’t help me at all. I’m pretty much out of luck, is what they told me, for not buying their warrantee. Shame on me for trying these guys out for the first time. We definitely will not be back!!! I’m out of money for that, and that’s my fault for trusting these guys. I hope to the guy that sold it to me, feels pretty good about himself, for a quick scam around Christmas time. My son opened a gift that he cannot even use. 😞 Fair warning to everyone else, for their poor quality in product and customer service.
