This review is way overdue for Loan Officer Gianna Mayer at Members Alliance Olde Creek Location. Our membership relationship began over a year ago when my husband and I opened a membership and a new car loan. Gianna introduced herself upon our arrival to the bank with a warm and inviting "Hello, How can I help you today” Our experience from that point on with Gianna made us feel comfortable that we chose the right location and person to start a new banking relationship. Members Alliance will be our go bank for future transactions and will be an easy referral to our customers that look for funding for remodel projects or any personal transactions.
