Were not very helpful when trying to have them help us. They took forever to respond after running credit checks - twice - which they said they didn't do.. didnt even attempt to get us any sort of help with grants, down payment assistance, etc...just didnt feel like they cared

My fam used this service 4 years ago. It was the best decision we've ever made. We're in the perfect house with finances balanced. I attempted to get a home loan through the bank I spwnt 25 years with. By the time my bank approved me for a loan, our family had already been in the house for 5 months because of Envoy's help. I told the banker I already bought and live in the house. Banker said he was sorry and it was some guy's fault that retired. I highly recommend this route for first time home buyers.

Envoy Mortgage hands down the BEST mortgage company to go through when trying to purchase a home. They have great people assisting you through a time sensitive process. My finance had used them five years ago when buying her first home and always talked about a nice, respectful man named Russ Squires that was helping her achieve something she had only ever dreamed about! Which is the reason why I went with Envoy. Long story short, I had just purchased my first home last week and went with Envoy Mortgage! The mortgage lender itself was fantastic! Being that we struggled with boosting our credit to boost our credit before our lease was up, we didn’t know where to turn.
