Members 1st Federal Credit Union Quentin Rd, Lebanon

I can't say enough about Members 1st. Credit Union. In March They financed a Brand New Jeep for Me, in September I applied for their Visa Card, and was approved, and now I was approved for their Home Equity Line of Credit. My Credit isn't all that Good either. I've dealt with Susan and Emily. They are Great. They both went out of there way. I Love everything about this Credit Union. I want to say Thank You for helping Me out with my Financial Needs. Today I went to the Lebanon location to sign My Loan Documents and the Young Lady I dealt with, was Great. Very Friendly, and Customer Service oriented. I Love this Credit Union.

We shopped around for our mortgage and members first was the best deal. During the finalization of the mortgage, our rep said let me check something, left the room, and came back with an even lower rate than what she had quoted us originally. This was so refreshing to see they sincerely want the best for their customers ahead of profit! We're going to be transferring our checking accounts and savings accounts.

Members 1st puts the personality in personal service, from banking to loans to safety deposit to coin redemption, and so much more. Transactions are executed quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. It's always a pleasure to visit Members 1st !

In less than 6 months time they have deposited my money into someone else's account and also deposit someone else's money into mine.

*I will edit my review if things change* My review is purely reflective of their online banking, technology, and problem solving abilities. All staff members I've talked to were friendly and this review is not reflective of them. -Getting my online account set up was a pain. I had to register/create an account twice for some reason. If I wasn't tech saavy, there is no way I would've figured it out. -I sent an email on above issue and never heard back. -Currently, I can't pay my mortgage online. I was asked to call this other company to solve the issue. I call said company and get bounced around/forwarded to several different departments before someone finally says they're having their own internal technical issues and they can't help me. -I'm not getting paid by Members 1st to do their own technical due diligence. There is no reason I should be calling anyone other than Members 1st for THEIR website's issues or lack of functionality. This is why I gave a 1 star review.

I sent $630 in an urgent wire transfer to a family member an account holder at this credit union.I wired it from a very well known British bank in the U.K. They phoned her and told her they had returned the money back to the U.K. as it was a scam ...really....Even though she informed them she was expecting the money. I though scams were when people took money from your account not gave it. Very annoyed and frustrated what kind of financial institution does this? They even threatened to close her account so my advice move on and find a proper bank !!!!!

This branch is by far the slowest at getting you in and out of the drive thru line. Been to multiple locations and have not had the same problem.

All I want to do is speak to a person...is that too much to ask....I called 4 different numbers
