They where very rude , told me I couldn't use the lobby , even though there is a sign that says new lobby ....???? Will not be using this branch any more ....to be clear I love member 1 , but this particular one is not up to par

Great interest rates for car loans but making payments are inconvenient because their app sucks so you have to either go in person to the bank or mail a check. I wouldn't have a checking account with them or rely on them to be my main bank.

Had signs posted that you can go inside and then tell you to use the drive through. That won't work for me or I obviously would have used it.
